Whip's Links
Whoo boy, Ty is. Certainly something? Like she's not a bad sort, and Valkyrie understands her excitement and concerns regarding the show and it's nice she's super passionate about it? Like it's actually really motivational to listen to, she just. kinda wishes she'd get her sudden out bursts a little more undercontrol, you know? Valkyrie is quite fond of her ears thank you very much.
She's adorable! ...Or.. was! E-Elec's still not sure if she's still even alive, hopefully so. Sadly, she couldn't really attend the er, auditioning, but, she's trying to spread the word! While Elec CAN'T really see herself in any role in a live action anime of all things, she really appreciated the inkdrian's enthusiasm and compliments, and will prooobably watch that show now. And she wonders if Ty will ever find that fairytale like cloud phenomenon she was talking of! She'd like to find that now, too!!
Dreamweaver bless Waker for answering his missive. He was sort of running out of options when he decided to hire an ex-pirate "with a heart of gold" as she self-asserted.
But he didn't come to regret it. Though stiff-willed and hard-headed, he understood where Waker was coming from and, secretly, he's glad she barked some sense into Erin.
Waker's the kind of person Silver would happily work with again. She gets things done and he respects that.
Maren...
Dream. I'm so sorry Maren.
HER SCIENCE FRIEND!! Maren liked it when Erin and Silver came to check on them but she loved Silver the best!! He was always so grumpy and she always made an effort to try to make him smile.
She had no idea what he was doing, or what data that he needed from her and Piper, but she was always happy to oblige - he was a lot gentler than a lot of the nurses were anyway, which she appreciated.
Before Reina cornered her, one of her last thoughts was of Silver, and if maybe he'd be able to save her.
He kind of did, in a way.
Ugh. The scientist who helped her daughter spread the //slander// about her to the Nebula. Reina honestly hates him, and regrets hiring him, or ever trusting him in senior staff. If it weren't for him, maybe Erin wouldnt have noticed her little... experiments. For the //GREATER GOOD//. Erin would've understood.
//If it wasn't for Silver ruining her plans//.
/////She wants him dead./////
She's got some serious issues.
Fortunately, he's a doctor. Open wide you monster.
[THE QUIET SCIENTIST WHO HELPED HER!!!!! SHE LOVES HIM!!! HE IS SWEET!!!!]
{they never knew each other, but she wishes she did....}
Lyren loves Silver like an older sibling. A lot of her Maren comes out whenever she's around him, and she can often end up acting a little bit childish around him, but she is //happy// around him, which is a far cry from what she used to be. Lyren gets a lot of her confidence from Silver, and does her best to help him around the lab.
Lyren used to cause Silver a lot of distress, because seeing her used to only remind him of what he helped facilitate, and who he failed to protect the most.
But... Now, he sees she's not gone. Not totally. And in this person is a second chance. Someone he's going to care for and protect with his life, and someone for whom he can never shy down and hide from anymore.
Silver started off a friend she noticed at OLCMC with a similar gradient to hers- and from there they eventually became research partners. Erin always enjoyed his company, and though he wasn't as nearly as touchy feely or excitable as she was, she never minded, often enjoying the quiet company. ...There is.. little doubt that without Silver, Erin would have self destructed and become dust after the events of OLCMC. She blamed herself, but Silver was able to remind her that it was Reina, not her. It was Reina who destroyed what was meant to be a peaceful establishment. Erin appreciates Silver so so much, and considers him a brother- the only family she actually cares to protect. Even though she has a lot of self doubt bubbling up inside her following the events of OLCMC, Silver always manages to calm her down, bring her back down to Earth, and with him by her side she's able to focus on future plans.
Erin is the only reason Silver was able to bring himself to end his passivity in life. Before she inserted herself into his shell, he just silently sequestered himself away and let the world pass over him. She was the one who invited him into happiness.
And it's only thanks to her that he now has a chance to try and fix the mistakes he caused by not stepping up. And she keeps him company and makes him happy in a way he's never known before.
She's like a sister to him. And he couldn't have asked for a better sister, nor a better partner.
Maybe a better aunt, though.
At first, Stargazer was concerned about Tae. Her family gone, she was alone in this little lake that was frozen over in the cold winter? So they returned occasionally to make sure that Tae was okay, and that she wouldn't turn to dust all alone. However, as time passed, Stargazer grew attached to Tae. She was gentle, sweet, and Stargazer wasn't even sure that Tae realised they were a god- which.. was refreshing. Tae is sweet, and easy to be around, and with the stress that Star is constantly under, they appreciate the down time and the serenity that comes with visiting Tae.
Their sparkles feel nice on her eyes. They are always welcome in her pond to watch the sky.
A curious child - reasonable. Seth was rather driven by curiosity at that age too. Albeit... he didn't have much choice when it came to plunging himself into danger. This girl, however good her intent, is better to stay at a safe distance - lest she get herself hurt.
Albeit, there is a sense of... power from her. Power which evidently influences her to 'play hero'. A delusion of sorts... One which would be dangerous to her, should a figure like Mark seek to take advantage of her whimsy.
Swii will definitely be blogging about her meetup with Alex.
Pretty cool, not like she freaked out or anything.
The Demonology forum is gonna give her like, 40 thumbs up for the pictures too. And witnessing a demon full-stop getting taken down by a honest-to-goodness hunter?
Yeah. That was sick.
Hir butt is smaller than the other forumites reported though. But that's fine. Swii only kinda felt her heart beating at hir or something.
Oh sweet, Alex has a fan! Well, I mean, of course, it makes sense - shi's a goddamn ninja! It's ABOUT TIME shi had fans really! By the sounds of things there are more too - Alex is gonna need to work on their action poses if there are gonna be hidden cameras about!
Still... shi can't help but feel Swii is kinda... misinformed? Has a very stereotypical view on what shi does - as well as on demons as a whole! Seems they may need better education on the matter - though luckily Alex is the best one to teach!
...Also Alex demands to see that art!
Hey kid, noone ever tell yah about PERSONAL SPACE? Like, seriously, your parents never- ...Where the hell WERE this kids parents anyway? Ah, whatever, no touchy the tail!
Still, she'd be lying if she said the kid wasn't, y'know, cute. Y'know, in that 'adorable innocent child' way. Still, that's no excuse kid! Hands to yourself! JC ain't no kids property!
Tii's father.
He is one of the reasons she has to smile so much. Nobody ever smiles around him, so she has to do it always around him, otherwise things will get really really sad.
Though, quite frankly, she hopes to never be around him again. She hates smiling around him.
One of Coal's daughters.
He never paid much mind to Tii after getting back together with Viva. She knew to keep her mouth shut around him --figuratively, since she always had that ugly smile on-- so they never had any problems.
Mostly an unremarkable kid.
Swii's twin sister.
There is a lot that Swii likes and dislikes about her fraternal twin. She can be too loud and too ignorant, especially when Swii wants to be alone. Nonetheless, Tii is one of the few people who really get her. There are some things she feels only her sister will ever truly understand about her, and this interpersonal connection between them is what annoys her superficially, but secretly comforts her.
Overall... She could have done worse.
Tii's twin sister.
Tii LOVES Swii a lot! Especially because she's so fun to tease, and she's smart and witty too! Plus, when you get down to it, Swii is a big marshmallow who puts up with hugs and playfulness while pretending to be edgy and grumpy.
Swii is the best twin sister ever!
Swii's youngest half-sister.
Mars is a pest, and Swii enjoys moments without her buggering around. Swii hates arguing with her, because she herself begins to feel immature aa a result. In fact, when they were younger, they would regularly have venomous arguments over whether Whip was a coward or a hero.
In retrospect, that may be one of the reasons they have such a strained relationship.
Mars' older half-sister.
Mars thinks that Swii is annoying. She's always so gloomy and pessimistic. It's like hanging around a raincloud except even worse. The two bicker a lot, and Mars always ends up crying in frustration afterwards because she wishes Swii would just shut up and leave her alone.
Swii's father.
Ugh.
She doesn't think of him at all anymore. He's in the past and she never wants to put up with him ever again.
Coal's daughter.
She was far too sassy for her own good. She thought she was so smart, but in a cathartic way, it always made him feel good to put her in her place. She's lucky Sugar would reel her in when she went too far, otherwise the brat would have far worse consequences than she did.
Sugar's youngest --and only-- step-sister.
Their relationship is rather strange. It's almost as if the younger sibling sees her as a friend that she lives with rather than a sister. They get along nicely, though Sugar does wish she'd open up to her a little more.
Sugar currently supports her and the twins with some of what she earns by treasure hunting.
Mars' eldest --and only-- step-sister.
Sugar is alright in her eyes. She was very quiet for most of their childhood, and then she suddenly decided to speak up for herself and now she's running a household of her own. Mars... Definitely appreciates Sugar's devotion to taking care of them, but no matter how hard she tries, she can't see her as anything more than... A stranger. She's too different.
Sugar's younger half-sister.
Sugar and Tii don't interact much, but they still get along alright. Sugar can appreciate her cheery mood, it's very reminiscent of Whip's, and they hold no grievances with each other, but... They just don't really hang out much. It's just how they are.
Tii's eldest half-sister.
Tii likes Sugar a lot. She never treats her like she's immature or anything, and she's actually fond of the sweet-and-salty things she cooks, but... It is a little wierd that they don't spend much time alone. It happens though, so no big deal.
Sugar's younger half-sister.
Sugar and Swii get along swimmingly. She is one of the few people she regularly spends time with who can enjoy company in silence, and Sugar appreciates that a lot. She only wishes Swii would come to forgive their brother the way she has. She doesn't like how powerfully her sister clings to grudges.
Swii's eldest half-sister.
Swii likes Sugar. She can read, which is a rarity in their family, and she can be quiet, which is very nice.
But she feels bad for Sugar. She's really messed up in the head, even if she never shows it, and Swii can tell. She still... remembers having to bandage her ears, all those years ago. More like she can't forget.
Mars' mother.
Viva died only a short tens of months after she was born, making her the only of her sibilings who'd not had even the faintest of memories of the woman. Mars doesn't think of her very often, most likely because she is still too young to consider the things in life she couldn't experience.
Viva's only daughter by blood and youngest child.
Giving birth to her was what tipped Viva over the edge, her health being unable to recover after it. Despite this, she only blames herself. It's her fault that this wonderful child got an unfair start in this cruel world. It's all her fault.
Swii's step-mother.
Though Viva was the only motherly figure she ever knew, Swii could only bond with the woman so much. She... Appreciated her in life and mourned her death as a child, but if you asked her, she couldn't tell you anything about her otherwise.
If she didn't just ignore the question.
One of Viva's step-children.
Swii was young when Viva passed away, so she could never really form a strong bond with her.
She was the one who decided to name her along with her sister, for what it's worth.
Oh my god she's adorable. Like, it's always pleasant to meet fans - especially young ones - and Chant... well, Chant certainly left an impression. The young little nervous girl who wanted to meet the Barbarian King it was... it was just nice, y'know?
Plus, that li'l head seemed to be filled with ideas! Creativity in youth is definitely something to be cherished. Kath just hopes any inspiration she gives to the li'l one is, y'know... as a positive example. It's sometimes hard to be a positive example when you're known for destroying people.
Geesh lady, calm down! All he did was try to pickpocket you, and you go off on him like he violated and defiled you to the utmost degree!
Needless to say, their first meeting could have gone better. As a vegetarian, he can't put up with the high levels of ham Zankh doles out, and quite frankly, he could do without her chewing all that scenery he's standing in. It's just as well; even if they WERE friends, she has such gaudy taste in accessories he'd probably not be able to help himself from stealing them anyways. Like that crown. He'd take another ye olde english rant for that crown.
Caek was an interesting girl for Sugar to meet! She was super kind, if not assertive, and kind of funny. She acts in a way Sugar finds a little strange, but in the end, she was the only one who offered her something in return. That made the little rabbit happier than she probably knows.
She also thinks Caek is kind of hot oops. Darn that latent pansexuality.
A sweet young girl who should maaaybe stand up for herself a bit more. Sugar strikes as someone who's... well... a bit of a push-over? Not that Caek has a problem with that - she married a complete push-over!
The girl is just like, really genuinely nice, it's just nice to see. Caek just hopes that in future she doesn't allow people like Wicked to push them around - or at the very least, if someone tries, there'll be someone there to look out for her!
