Monthly Roundup June 2021
📰 We are pleased to present the very first of our new monthly newsletters, which will recap the month's announcements and events done in our official discord channel as well as showcase the month’s new arrivals - your characters!
🎪 Outlander Event 🎪
The 23rd of May (close enough to June, right?) we welcomed the new Outlander species to Anathema in a new event! Bringing new hooved animals to create in Anathema (giraffes, elephants, rhinos, et cetera, oh my!), more magical abilities in the expanded shop for your mages, and a set of beautiful adoptables of the new species.

🕰️ A Change of Pace 🕰️
After a decisive poll held in our discord server, time in Anathema will now pass the same pace as in real time (a month for a month, a year for a year, etc)! Of course the players can roleplay their characters at any point in time, may it be past, present or future. The change of pace solely relates to the ingame events as they happen in Anathema.

🤝 Invite A Friend 🤝
A small reminder about our invite a friend system! If you refer a friend to Anathema, you’ll get 10 gold added to your bank when they bring in their first character. That’s as much as 1 scroll or 1/10th of a Summoning Circle! Imagine that!
🌈 PRIDE🌈
Collect DOUBLE the gold for art and writing relating to the following prompt; Draw / write your character expressing their identity / orientation in a way that makes them feel good! This is good until the 4th of July!
🏰 Something Is Coming... 🏰
Following the public and disastrous demise of Hagia, the Order at Namarast is headless and scrambling for leadership. It is up to the king to appoint Hagia's successor, but there is pressure from the citizens of Ivras to choose the candidate who will cause the least unrest. Beginning July 3rd, let your characters' voices be heard in the ASCENT OF THE ARCHMAGE, a month-long story prompt event! Get ready!

In an effort to showcase the amazing characters being added by our players to Anathema every month, we're going to show them off in our monthly roundups from here on out!
