Risapon's already a joke character, but a while back I was in a group call and we were joking about how cursed images make her stronger and more powerful and it stuck bc why not.
idk if it's just me, but are there any jokes about one of your characters you made canon? like, for example i made a lot of jokes about pearl being an uwu pastel blogger but then actually ended up putting that in her character because, why not
heck, a joke i had ended up fixing a plot hole regarding two characters so sometimes making fun of your characters .... works
I was filling out a "get to know your character" -type questionnaire for Roach and happened upon a question about their favorite mode of transportation. I wrote something to the effect of "Idk, he floats and teleports sometimes but mostly walks, any mundane transportation works for him. Just don't expect to see Roach riding a Razor scooter down the street."
Me, immediately upon waking up the next morning: draws Roach on a Razor scooter yelling "i do what i want"
Not related to my OCs, but my friend and I started a file on the Wind Waker and named it Brink (definition: meaning a point at which something, typically something unwelcome, is about to happen; the verge). Canonically, Brink has brown hair and is the brother of Link, several times removed. Legends of him are not remembered.
Brink does try to do heroic things like his vastly more famous sibling Link, but he's so ill-fated that he manages to mess everything up instead. He's still much more favoured among Hylians than their distant cousin, Slink.
In the game this kid came from, I have like 3 orbides on his ship and some guarding his house because they're my favorite monster ingame. We jokingly talked about him really liking orbides as well, and much to the horror of his crewmates his ship is now overrun with them.
(Personal favorite joke is one of his crew goes to get some cereal and instead pours out a bunch of baby orbides, and then they have to scrape him off the ceiling)
So Keros crit failed in identifying yeti tracks and I just continued to roll with the idea he doesn't believe yetis exist, that they're just big bears. Somehow as we were playing this yeti hunt adventure, he was never one in line of site of the creatures. It was always very dark or he was separated from the part and when he DID come face to face with one, it magicked into a demon and so he's still just 100% convinced yetis are bullshit lmao
Pepper has the deep (but more robotic) voice of Alpha from Up, and it malfunctions and goes squeaky occasionally just like that.
of course this is going to be present in future animations I plan to do of her, but I was joking around with a friend at lunch and this somehow came up
In rpg we made fun of him looking like a vampire with his weird teeth and coat... and then i just made it half canon with inventing a weird ratvampire breed xDD
I was making jokes about how Pure Golden Holier Than Thou Evangeline would be 100% against personal participation in bdsm . . . when really all she'd need is a good domme to convert her . . . But then it actually became a thing that her girlfriend at age 26 is a pro-domme, and being in love with her altered her opinions on trying it out. . .
