Head of FRIDGE (the Federal Republic of Intergalactic Democratic Governing Entities), a powerful organization of planets that spans galaxies.

Created to be puppeteered, lending an outside body control over the organization he represents; in this way, he's really more of a figurehead, though he does revel in the luxury and relative power he holds, enjoying interrogations and business meetings and the like even if they only serve to stress his incompetence to others. Despite not really understanding the weight of doing so, or perhaps especially due to this, he will use any means necessary to preserve and expand his unfortunately named empire's power.

A rather clueless individual, you could say he lacks braincells, which wouldn't be inaccurate as he doesn't really have a brain in the way we would define it on Earth. A scaredy-cat despite the numerous atrocities he's responsible for, easily disgusted in particular; organic humanoid bodies and their functions absolutely sicken him. If you were to sneeze in front of him you'd bring him to tears if he had them.

Appearance

The being known as "Chet" is actually a sentient puddle of blue slime that inhabits and manipulates a yellow metallic exoskeleton of sorts, the outer body that we see. When this "shell" is damaged, the slime leaks through. If it's damaged enough, the slime is transferred to a replacement body, usually similar to the old one with some minor tweaks and improvements.

For a while now, Chet's outer body has been a muscular, masculine form in entirely golden hues, with light "hair" formed into a swirl, long "eyelashes", and an omnipresent grin. He has yellow scleras with white pupils; a later replacement body features blue sclera instead.

Everything from his hair to his skin, not including clothes, is totally solid to touch and reflective like metal. As he looks like a statue, he behaves like one too, making unnatural and often jerky movements.
