Self-taught electrical engineer and owner of a small secondhand electronic parts shop in the slums outside a big city. She finds scraps on the streets, in dumpsters, and all sorts of other places, and fixes them up into useable component parts or small gadgets, original inventions based on things she sees in old books and advertisements. Lived a solitary and somewhat lonely life before a chance encounter with a strange Terran who's now her romantic partner.

Inventive and curious, with a particular penchant for electronics and magazines from bygone days. A textbook deadpan snarker, when not distracted by something in the vicinity others would consider completely mundane and worthless.

Appearance

Skinny and slightly tall, with pale skin, deep eye bags, a small round nose, and brown eyes, always half-closed. Has a mole on the left side under her mouth, a few more dotted around her collarbone. Wavy sandy beige hair with dark brown roots in a short, loose, high ponytail.

Has a prosthetic left leg starting halfway down her thigh, made from pieces of scrap metal and chunks of older broken prosthetic devices. Since meeting Iroha it works far smoother than its outer appearance would suggest, before this it was barely functioning.

Dresses in layers, her admittedly shabby clothes cover much of her skin. Wears a lot of jackets and turtlenecks, overall number of pockets is important. For shoes, she fancies military boots. At home and during work hours she wears a head strap with a single goggle eyepiece complete with different colored lenses for up-close examination of small bits and pieces and circuitry. Keeps some tools on a lanyard around her neck in addition to a strap on her leg.

Sometimes on the cusp of falling asleep in place. If not, she's especially shaky.

She's asexual and sapphic.

Hardcore caffeine addict. Tends to stay up very late into the night working or struggling with insomnia, so she relies on coffee to keep her up for the morning shift. While she likes the taste, it makes her jittery.

Talks quietly, has a bit of a raspy or nasally voice. Despite her monotone manner of speaking, she's plenty full of energy and reacts quickly to things, likely due in part to the abhorrent amount of coffee she drinks.

An introvert, friendly albeit silent to customers unless provoked into an explanation of her wares– which she will explain, in-depth.
