Manager of solitary gas station 0079 in the desolate Juno Arc of the Conjunctive Rim, space cowboy Rigel is a fiery chatterbox with the demeanor of a 40-year-old Terran man. Few things bring this rascal more joy than singing ELO songs at the top of his lungs in his vintage 3105 Hightail hoverbike. The only living being in the vast stretches of the universe allowed to touch this thing would be Vespa, chief mechanic of the station & Rigel's unofficial partner in crime.

A chatterbox, yet one who will snap at you for asking for any details about himself; a pessimist with boundless passion; a being of paradoxes with days of whining to spare.
