Maxus

a mute red-haired swordsman harnessing a terrible fiery curse, fated to destroy the world. his power was meant for a beast 20 times his size, but in a turn of unfortunate events it was gifted to him instead. thousands of the world’s strongest knights and monster slayers gathered for what they thought was a fight to save their world, but they never could have been so wrong… one of the last times he’s spoken was his agreement to wield this power, albeit against his will; this single thing has led him to never speak again, in fear of terrible things happening once more.

unfortunate that one of the few characters with actual backstory is miserable. or, well, was, he’s doing okay
