Darian Darkwing's Links
She's not my girlfriend, she's my... Gal.
He's not my boyfriend! He's my... my... my not-boyfriend, okay?!
While I respect and apparently love you with all my heart, I have to wonder why you're so incredibly weird. But I suppose living for all Eternity does that to you.
You've much to learn, little brother, but I have faith that you'll fulfill the grand purpose set out for you. But even so, I'm so proud of everything you are, regardless of how your true destiny plays out.
Well, I probably won't, and it's really gonna suck.
What's the point, man? We're all gonna die anyway.
This guy makes me realize half the people in my grade are some percentage of asshole and this is a prime example of 0%. Nice to have a non-cynical point of view in the circle.
He can be a little blunt sometimes, but he's a nice guy, really. No matter how much he says he's an asshole, really, he's not. Trust me. Don't give me that look, I'm serious.
I guess there have to be a few sensible people around here, or everyone else would probably have gotten themselves killed by now.
I knew moving here to go to magic school would be pretty strange, but this is ridiculous. How have you survived this long?
You just get used to it after a while. I mean, I'm probably not gonna die outside, so might as well be dead inside instead, right?
Gotta admire Darian for his ability to put up with this shit so well.
It's an acquired talent. Kyle ought to step up his game, because you're maybe a third as danger-prone, which is still a lot.
Darian's pretty rad if he can keep the Gal from accidentally killing herself everyday.
I don't question the musical numbers anymore. This school has broken me, and I'm one with the choreographed collective now. Thanks a lot, Jack.
Darian's a natural at pretty much everything he picks up, and music is no exception. You should've seen how pouty and reluctant he was as a kid about learning to spontaneously break into a musical number at school. *snickers* I suppose a Gal is a perfect reason to play along though.
It's a gift, I know. Maybe you can rub off that skill of yours for not get hit by cars off on Calik somehow, because this is getting ridiculous.
Darian seems really cool, especially considering he can sometimes keep Calik and the Gal from utterly destroying themselves with their... uh, lack of coordination.
I'd only be pretentious if I didn't have the unfathomable amount of skill I claim to have. You might want to search for a different insult, your highness.
The young prince is about as pretentious as I'd expect for a Darclyte, but I mean that in the best way possible. I didn't imagine he'd be immune to his parents' apathy for anything other than their own egos. Damion seems to have gotten through to him early on though.
Ryfax doesn't really pay me much mind or take note of my rule breaking that often. I'm sure he's aware I could just walk away from school whenever I wanted. I'm beyond learning anything from this place, but it's not like I have anything better to do with my off time... That's only because my time is priceless, there's never anything good enough to do.
Mr. Darkwing is royalty at this school, even if no one knew about his heritage. He's certainly the type to own his supposed superiority, but it's a rather heavily ingrained facet of the Darclyte culture.
Can't believe I almost let the Gal and myself get killed by one of those mountain Ariac... That was the encounter that made it clear that I need to do better.
I'm not sure how those kids got into the mountain, but I suppose it doesn't matter as long as they don't come back.
I dunno what this guy is doing babysitting all the Taliac friends I have to round up, but I suppose I should appreciate the help.
Huh, I thought Darclytes were too snobby to mingle outside their kind. I guess their edgy prince is playing up the rebellious noble schtick, whether he actually wants to or not.
Of course Billy doesn't think I'm an asshole, otherwise it would be one of those pot and kettle situations, or whatever that idiom is. I don't get why Dyric can't just say what they mean.
D's alright, can't complain about him. Some people don't like him because he's apparently a jerk, but I don't see it.
Lily seems to have the quirky wallflower gimmick down. I can't tell if she's standoffish on purpose or if she's unironically being edgy. And I don't know which would be worse.
He's certainly a unique presence here. I'm not really sure why he is here at all.
