Not necessarily the whole character, but maybe they share speech patterns with your friend, or personality quirks with your brother, or you gave them the same haircut as a girl in your class-- I'm just curious about the little ways we put our own lives into our characters!

Clement is based off of Moe Howard of three stooges fame, tho in looks and on screen anger only lmao
Richie is based off of Ringo Starr, his name however comes from Ringo's real name of Richard Starkey
Mikey is based off Mike Myers, tho his name pry gives that away like Richie does

Oh for sure him. I know it's in his profile, but Renegade here resulted from me taking a lot of inspiration from Alex Gaskarth from the band All Time Low (mostly fashion-wise) and Awsten Knight from the band Waterparks (more personality than anything - also his voice claim! BTW a flashing warning on that link) on top of several pop punk bands in general ^^
His profile is completely empty but I kind of based his personality on a certain classmate I had at university. He's a memelord, loves self-deprecating jokes, very open in a weird way. He plays Overwatch and is a Bastion main lmao
The only 'new' thing is his obsession over frogs, and the design doesn't match too!

Kuranga's concept was initially based off of another person's OC before I realized how disrespectful that could be to a fellow character creator, but as I branched out Kuranga into his own thing rather than a "concept copy", he became heavily based off of a manipulative, lovesick-esque friend I met online during quarantine. The two are both obsessive, extremely clingy to the point of insanity, head over heels over anyone who shows them the slightest bit of positive attention or compassion, manipulative, feeling/pleasure oriented, seggsual harassers, very loud and careless about what they say and how it could affect someone emotionally/mentally, and their constant baby talk and fake oblivious behavior whenever they are called out for something wrong or borderline illegal. Basically all of the negative things I saw in that person I took out and implemented into Kuranga so people could understand what I had to deal with all throughout quarantine. My little cry for help, you could say.
Cass and Sam were created based on two of my friends from scouts (who i no longer talk to due to them moving/not going to scouts anymore). Actually the whole group is based off of a camping trip i had with these friends + some others back in october 2020, and the name "It's the moon's fault" was something the friend that inspired Cass told me that night
