The Ceruledge cursed with lycanthropy, Demise, has always kept a journal on him even as a Charcadet to ramble about his dreams & aspirations. Nowadays, he uses it to weep about the many things he wished he could do but can't anymore due to his instabilty.
Entry #7 - Siegfried's Confession
Oh my god, Franz was hiding things from me! That’s not a bad thing, by the way, in fact it was probably better that way.
While I was forced to be away from Octavia for a while (it was because she had dance lessons), Siegfried dragged me to his favorite sparring spot and we both trained for a little while. Usual stuff, right? But, after we were done with our training, he gave me a piece of armor. Siegfried said that it brought him great luck when he was still freshly evolved, but that he wanted me to have it so that I could have a better life.
…Not only that, he confessed his feelings to me, saying that he wanted to spend his life with me…! I was genuinely lost for words, I was still not sure whether to confess to someone or not, but I didn’t know Siegfried had feelings for me the entire time! He explained that he first started admiring me for my undying determination and wanted a companion like me who understood his issues and wanted someone to work towards greatness with. And, Siegfried knew that he couldn’t really rely on Franz for a relationship since he was asexual & aromantic.
It had to be the happiest day of my life since the first day I started working for Octavia! I was so excited to the point where both Siegfried & I kept crying and hugging each other until we were ready to accept the fact that we would be considered boyfriends and that I can finally say that I’m in a relationship!
I had to tell big sis Azure about this and she was genuinely so happy for me! She knew I had it in me to be able to cherish someone as my partner! I’m just so…happy! I don’t really know how relationships really work, but I’m hoping that Siegfried will be forgiving if I ever make any mistakes!
When I came to Franz with the news, he stared at me with the biggest smirk on his face I’ve ever seen on him. And then he said “I knew you two would get together eventually”. IF HE KNEW, WHY DIDN’T HE TELL ME EARLIER? GOD. Doesn’t matter though, at least I can say I’m in a relationship now!
