Before the beginning
Somewhere in the universe there was life inside a planet, that planet was blown up and chunks of it flew off into space carrying tiny organisms. Whenever those chunks landed on a planet the organisms would grow and evolve into “humans” (This is why there can be “humans” on the Drakone World).
The peaceful era
Life grew and grew on many planets, each planet was unique but the planet important to us is Drakone. A planet full of vibrant, colourful and magical creatures. One of these creatures were the Dragons. These beasts were very long and very big, covered in fur and divided into different kingdoms with traits to match their kingdoms. The sky, forest, desert, snow, cave and water kingdoms. Each Dragon was blessed with a unique mask to differentiate them as well as encase their magic and life. A dragons body is nothing more than a vessel, the mask holds its life and power.
The tragedy
No one knows why it fell or how it did what it did, but a star crashed onto the planet and sent a shockwave that could be felt solar system away. The star was named Skiff, the star of the dragons and then, the dragons disappeared. The only thing left behind were these small fuzzy creatures with only a fraction of the power of the dragons. These are skivets.
The present
Years after what happened, life is flourishing once more. Now the Drakone World is filled with creatures, from cute scurrying prey to intimidating predators. Species walking side by side, as familiars and owners alike. Some feral, some anthro. Some even evolved into "humanoid" beings, able to learn and utilise other species to make their life easier.
So, take a look around!

12/01/21 Created an Instagram account for Skivets.
11/03/21 Glish have been added to Familiars as open species!
01/31/20 Created the Skivets Discord.
