an old friend, but lovingly referred to as rival, of basil. cesar runs the HOTTEST (PUN INTENDED BABY!!!) food truck in town, selling only the highest quality junk food for the most affordable prices that you're gonna GET! at this point, he may be better known for his intense personality than his food, even though yes, that hot garbage is good stuff. cesar is a good guy through and through, with a voice booming like thunder, and a heart of molten gold. wherever his truck stops, people come flocking, if not only for some solid conversation. stay too long without buying, though, and he may get mad atcha!! just kidding!! ol' cesar doesn't have it in him for all that. but at least get a soda or something, will ya? you're holding up the line!!
