Lagopus (Artic Fox) (Phobes Apce)

A vulpes who is running from home town. was a fire in his house (possibly started by a town member) and killed family. Ran as far away as possible to get away from town. tries to help those who don't have parents.

Phobes spent most of his childhood growing up in a town to the far north named Aella. This town was filled with many different cold-weather animalian such as the Foristeri and Cardinalis but the part of the town he lived in was heavily populated by other Lagopus. Both white and blue morph Lagopus lived within close quarters to one another making life on their street quite tense.

Growing up he often heard fights break out just outside his bedroom window that he tried to ignore as he fell asleep and up until he was a toddler he would frequently sleep with his parents as the noises scared him. However as he got older he learned to tune out the noises and they just became part of day to day life.

One day he returned home late, keeping his head low to stay out of trouble on his way back he was tired and went straight to bed. The next thing he knew the house was filled with smoke. Rushing out of his room he called to his parents and attempted to make his way to their room but the deeper he went into the house the thicker the smoke became. Using his shirt around his snout to help keep the coughing at bay he managed to make it to his parents door, but as soon as he opened it flames burst out and attacked him. 

He used his hands to protect his face but quickly fell to the ground as the searing pain from his burning fur started to bite into his skin. Trying to get back up he felt someone behind him pulling him backwards. He tried to fight it and get into his parents room, but the Animalian pulling him was stronger and managed to drag him out of the building.

He shouted at them that he needed to save his parents and the animalian, a white morph lagopus, told him to sit still and they would go in. They quickly plunged back into the smoke-filled building, the black soot from the flames dusting the lagopus's white fur. Phobes attempted to catch his breath, coughing out smoke, as he waited for the vulpes to return. 

However not to long after they had entered the building had part of it collapsed above them. After a brief moment, the Lagopus through themselves out of one of the window screaming, their fur on fire. All Phobes could do was look at them in shock as they rolled around on the ground attempting to put out the fire on their fur by rolling around on the ground. 

This shocked caused him to not remember much else of that night. He recalled more animalian gathering around attempting to put out the fire and how he stood there starring at the massive flames, his body both in pain but also feeling nothing at the same time.

The next day all that was left of his home, his life, and his parents was ash. A few of his old nabors attempted to take him in but as the days passed the Lagopus from around town started to pester him. Both morphs wanted him to give them details that they could then use as fuel to attack the others

main outfit | his main outfit consists of dark green overalls with cuffs that have a silver trim as well as silver buttons. He wears a plain white collared shirt as well as a light green bandana. The side of his neck and tips of his paws have been burnt and are a bright pink as fur no longer grows there.
