Sheikav's Links
"The only person around here I find worthy of laying my life down for if it should come to it. Lord Valedon earned my trust and loyalty a long time ago, and Nalla has become the one place I finally feel at home. I will do whatever it is he asks of me, even if I knew it would lead to my certain demise. No force could ever pry me from his side, and should he need it, I will gladly continue to bloody my hands for him."
"He is much more than just my retainer, he is my trusted confidant and dependable ally through and through. Our lives were forever intertwined from the moment we first met. He is my partner in our shared destiny, and should he die, a piece of me will be forever lost with him. Such is the risks of our goals, but truth be told, I do not know what I would do if I lost him."
"I'm quite surprised that's what comes to your mind. I'd say guarding the Lord of a City is a much more important job than tending to the needs of an overly self-important business woman, wouldn't you? It's a good thing you don't fit that description, now isn't it. Have the day you deserve."
"Of course you just follow around Valedon all day. I doubt they would actually give you an important job, seeing as you have the temper of a toddler. It's essential they treat you like one too."
"Y'know, I didn't think I'd find myself actually liking anyone in Noxus besides Lord Valedon, but Lady Eriselle is good company. Our friendship is.. unorthodox, that is for sure. For starters, I've never actually shown her my face, and we mostly speak through our magic. However, we have had many conversations together, and not just about certain common enemies. Strange, speaking of this has made me feel a certain way, but I know better than to admit my weaknesses. All I shall say is she has my blade if she ever needed it."
"Yet another unlikely ally. I have never fully seen him, and yet I know I can trust him. We share a magical ability, and that is how we have mostly communicated. I have caught glimpses of his figure, once or twice, but I have never actually seen his face. Yes, I know where he got his magic, and it does not matter to me. I am not one to judge someone by their situation. One day, if possible, I hope to meet him face to face. I would like to truly befriend him."
"He is far too talkative for my liking. I do not need him in my business, or Valedon's. If I have to forcibly remove him, I will."
"The last time I tried the ask him a question, he did stab me! Thankfully it wasn't fatal but it very much did hurt. Perhaps I'll bring a set of armor with me the next time I try."
"I have seen her before. I know who she is with. She had best tread lightly, because I know exactly how to deal with other assassins."
"The Fervid Curse himself. I have no issues with him, and he has no issues with me. It is best it remains that way."
"I keep my tongue around the nobles of Noxus, as it is not my place to speak out. I do not like her though. She is a fool. This nation cares not for her, and in the end she is another cog in this self-destructive, selfish machine."
"I have no interest in joining Noxus' military. My loyalty to Valedon does not mean I approve of the actions of this nation. I know it is an ironic matter, but I do not have to explain myself to people that would not understand. Though I know better than to say it to his face, I despise the Captain and everything their military stands for."
“I’ve heard tales of Sheikav’s exciting life; too exciting, even. I admire his skill. Were he not under Valedon’s command, I would attempt to take those skills for our own.”
"At least he contributes something of use, unlike his brother. Otherwise, he is not someone I could see myself around. Our personalities would clash far too much for anyone's liking."
"The nosey one is right to stick to his own affairs. I would not be afraid to remove a few fingers if I ever found his hands where they do not belong."
"Have you ever taken one look at someone and immediately realized that you needed to mind your business? I just had that happen."
"I despise this brute. He is a disgrace and sometimes it amazes me that they even allow him to parade about boasting about his militaristic success. Then again, he fits the requirements of being a living body, so it is of no surprise he is a part of it."
"Yeah, because Necromancy is totally smiled upon too. You've totally got the moral high ground here." He crosses his arms and doesn't back down. "I don't need you to be intimidated by me. If we had issues, we would not be having this conversation, I assure you."
"Stare at me as much as you wish, I will never be intimidated by a fool who bears the marks of that wretched shadow magic. It is a form of weakness. At least you have strength of your own now."
"It is.. not something I am proud of. I am thankful for your tolerance of this, and it does not go unnoticed, I promise. Just let me know if there is anything I can do for you."
"I respect you enough not to cause a scene. I recognize that look in your eyes, I know that you were once part of the Shadow Order. At the very least... you have moved beyond that life."
"I have no respect for Avalon, and I will not be forced to kiss the ground she walks on. Were it not for Lord Valedon, her blood would be decorating her office and I would have her head. She is a disgusting creature, and I would be more than happy to correct the error of her existence."
"You spend your days idling by your lord's side and you expect me to care about you? Both you and your precious city are nothing to me. I have my eyes set upon larger means."
"Perhaps one of the only other people around worth any sort of respect. My lord and I have not worked much with him, but at least he has enough wits to question stuff around here."
"I've seen his work before, but other than that I have some respect for him. Too loyal for my taste but I suppose not everyone can be a lone wolf"
"Hah, I may despise Noxus and the beast that it is, but you will never have my blade. My loyalty lies elsewhere, and you will not be the one to break it."
"Sorry, you do not even meet the height requirements to join our army. Next!"
"I was in her shoes once, although I fear her situation is far worse. I hope she is able to find her way out of it, or at the very least, she is able to obtain her revenge. If she ever needs my blade, I will be there."
"Your business is your own, Sheikav. Quite frankly, I do not have the energy to care about your affairs. Should you require my assistance, you need only ask; though I do not think you will ever call upon me."
Despite Yev's attempts to get a rise out of him, Sheikav does not get angry. Instead, he unbuttons the top button of his coat and lowers his face cover, letting the other see his face. "I don't owe you an explanation, but I believe one may help you. I would sooner die a million times than ever have any loyalty to Noxus. No, I am loyal to one cause, and that is it. I recognize the look in your eye. You let your hate fuel you, it's what keeps you going. Be cautious with the paths you will find going this route. Let my tattoos serve as a warning to you for what can happen should you continue to let your rage consume you. I don't know you, but if you're willing to put your anger aside, find me. I know what it is like to feel how you do."
"Man, you really are some sort of idiot. I hate Noxus with all of my heart and even I wouldn't have been dumb enough to join the Shadow Order-- But then you defect to NOXUS? Stupidity isn't enough of an explanation, I think they should study you!"
"..... That certainly is a rock. Do... you want me to fix that, or... Gods, I'm talking to a rock."
[The rock sat on the top of a bed of grass, as rocks do. One of the googly eyes pops off with an underwhelming thud.]
"Melisa, please keep better track of your "not-boyfriend" so I don't have to personally keep him out of my hair. I don't know how many more questions I'm going to be able to stand before I lose it."
"She puts me on edge and she's beyond dangerous, but I know my lord is no fool. I just hope he knows exactly what he's getting into here, especially with her.."
"What, the short guy? Yeah, I've met 'im a few times, but mate's nothin' to write home about. Real irritable lil' guy too, dunno where he's keepin' all that rage in that small body, but it's funny as hell!"
"You're a nuisance, a harlot, and a dumbass. If I didn't have to worry about how it would look, they wouldn't even find your remains. The next time you decide to hold us up for your terrible attempts at flirting, keep in mind that my tolerance of you will only last so long."
"Oh what are you going to do, bite at my kneecaps? Now scram, no one was talking to you here"
"It would be best for everyone if you kept to your damn island for the rest of your existence. But unfortunately you've decided to intertwine your business in mine. I know what you are. I will have my eyes on you. Be on your best behavior or else."
“You’re a funny little man. You know what I am? Such a bold statement.” The Count’s eye narrowed and he lowered his voice. Though, the tone of it was mildly threatening. “You don’t know half of what I am. You don’t know half of what I can do to you or to any group of people. Watch me all you like. Either way, I’ll ensure that you are never satisfied.”
"For your own safety, and Lord Valedon's sake, I am walking away from you and ending this conversation right now, Cahir."
"Well, if it isn't my favorite five foot terror! Fail to intimidate anyone new this week or is it just the same old passive aggression as usual?"
"To give me such a warning already shows me I needn't worry about you. You should pay better attention. I go where I please. That being said, I have nothing left in Ionia anyways, so you won't have to worry for the future. I will enjoy my time my time in Noxus, most especially since it is far away from you freaks. Just make sure you keep your business out of mine, and I won't have to kill you."
"In my many lives, one thing has remained true. I am always right. I shared my concerns regarding your introduction into our ranks and they were dismissed... but look how the tides have turned. I knew you would come to betray us. You've created quite a stir amongst the order... Be proud of that. Why they thought someone like you could be trusted with maintaining the balance of this land is beyond me... And now to hear that you've set up shop in Noxus... Priceless! I hope you enjoy your time there and never step foot in my homeland again because I assure you, I will not show you a drop of mercy."
