“Count Donatien.” Masuyo briefly bowed her head in greeting. “You have always been in support of my projects. Your own suggestions and additions have always worked well. You are welcome in my factory at any time.”
“Lady Masuyo, you have done such excellent, brutal work for Noxus. I applaud your efforts. Between you and me, I admire you even more for the things you have done in your past. Everyone who wronged you deserved death.”
“You can flaunt your feathers all you want, Donatien. I will never be impressed by you; and I will never be afraid of you. We may both think and perform our methods unconventionally for most — but between the two of us, someone is going to put YOU on a leash. You won’t have the freedom I have. I will be getting the last laugh when it happens.”
“Your business is just as mediocre as your Rose. Now quit your scowling. At the very least, I applaud your bravery toward me…but perhaps, in reality, it’s your foolishness. Worthless. If you ever step foot near my lab, I’ll flay you.”
"Count Donatien." He bowed his head and looked back up to the other. He knew his type well, and knew well to watch his back around him. However, as long Donatien behaved, he would keep Valedon's tolerance. "Your presence here is unexpected, but not unwelcomed. Is there something I can assist you with today?"
“While it’s no Noxus Prime, Nalla is definitely one of the more impressive places in Noxus. I do have some business in your city, Storm Caller. Though, it’s been some years since I’ve been here. Perhaps you’d be willing to offer yourself…as a guide, of course.”
“I’ve always had a bad feeling about you. I’ve got nothing I can prove, but my gut tells me that somehow you’re connected to— …” Remus cut himself off. He knew better than to make accusations that he wasn’t certain of. “Never mind. Regardless… You’re dangerous. I’m fully aware of how cruel you can be. How evil. Worst part of it all, you can bring it out in others too…”
The Count smiled and shook his head gently. “You must miss the Piltover crowd if you’re confronting me now, Remus. I know of that little club you are in, so it would be wrong to lie. Yes, I can be all of those things. I can be a monster so long as you keep your views so narrow.” A smirk stretched on his face. “But I know you too, Remus. I know that you’re capable of the things I do. Maybe someday you won’t get caught and exiled for your next episode.”
"Hey... sorry to bother but I was wonderin if you may have any advice for me...? Yer such a huge hero to Shurima and I wanna be someone that Bilgewater can rely on. I'm able to stop people and protect others but I feel like I'm not good enough yet. How do you do it...?"
“You see me as a hero? Why, I’m humbled by your words, Pascal. Never sell yourself short in terms of your own capabilities. It's commendable that you're willing to protect your home and stand up for those who cannot do so themselves. That alone makes you a true hero. Never forget that.”
The woman chuckled to herself. Putting one hand to the side of her face. "I've heard tales aboot Shurima's Void Hero... never knew he'd be this handsome..."
“You seem like a very interesting young lady. Those yo-yos of yours are incredible! I would love a demonstration if you wouldn’t mind.”
"You're like me! You've got the void stuff too. I guess that's not exciting, it's just nice to feel like I'm not alone."
“It’s good to see others that are also conquering their curses. I share your sentiment too. It does feel awfully lonely sometimes, doesn’t it?”
“Um… Thank-Thank you! I’ll keep doing my best-best. You got-got me there, though. Uncle Momas is the best-best-best.”
"Your uncle is a lot cooler than you but you're okay, you're just fine. I bet you could become something really cool in the future. You just have to keep practicing." Her tone is slightly mean but she genuinely means this.
“I really-really appreciate the hesitation on your part, yes-yes. You are a very-very talented woman. My own services are also-also yours to use should you need them, yes-yes.”
"Ugh, you're really the only person I can't bring myself to be mean to. You aren't so bad, Momas. If you ever need anything, let me know and I'll get working on it."
Fengarbris said nothing, at least for a little while as he watched her. “You’re a very bright one, child. Her moonlight will continue to keep you inspired.”
"You've got a creepy ass smile but you aren't so bad. I bet you've got some really good moon related jokes." She's not too good at showing affection but she genuinely likes Fengarbris.
“Hraunn! It’s been too long since your last visit. You almost had me worried about you!” Miss Yeli took his hand and pulled him along with her deeper into the inn. “Have you gotten skinnier since I last saw you? We need to change that immediately! I have your favorites cooking already.”
"Ah, Miss Yeli, are you faring alright ma'am? The inn looks as lovely as ever, if you need any help fixing anything, do let me know"
"He's not good enough at his job to pose a threat. He'll never find anything out about me- and if he does... well, I wouldn't let him get that far."
“You will make for an interesting dissection; and prototype.”
"I'll put your eye to good use as a new scope for my rifle."
"I accompanied Zurran on a mission to the Freljord and encountered her tavern. I will admit that I had forgotten what true warmth felt like. Time spent around hemomancers will rob you of that feeling. The experience I had in her tavern... I had not felt such a peace since my days spent home on Kyren."
“I meet a lot of little dears here at my inn. Soldier or not, I welcome anyone to my table. It is a good feeling to bring comfort and warmth to those who need it. I can tell who does. Dear Eleftheria was one of them.”
"Oh, you're the person Ezedeus told me about! I'm Ezekiel, it's an honor to meet you! You're also absolutely gorgeous!"
"Hello, Miss Yeli! I hope me having to stop at the Inn so much hasn't caused any problems. I've been trying to get my boy-, uh, my friend, Dane, to come to meet you finally, but he never does well in the cold weather."
"You're much kinder than I am. Sometimes, I think it's just fun to tell people to go die in the cold. I like that about you though, Yeli. You've got a good heart. It is comforting to know that there are people outside of Kantipur who aren't awful. You and Signe might be the only good people in these icy wastes."
“How sweet of you to say. You humble me, my dear! Please, do make yourself at home. There is plenty of food and drink for you to enjoy!”
"There's not much more I can say about Yeli other than the fact that I adore her. I might be Iceborn but even I get cold sometimes. Whenever that happens, I make sure to give her a visit. It warms me right up. She makes the best soup in the entire Freljord."
“Signe is a strong woman, and while everything she has been through does make my heart ache, I am proud that she has come so far. She is always welcome at the inn; and I’m always sure to make extra whenever she visits.”
“I have never met someone so kind; so motherly. She makes me think of my own mother. I wish I could have done better for her sake.”
“I’ve only met the lich boy once. Poor thing seems so gloomy. I know that undead do not eat, but perhaps there is something out there that they can consume? I’d learn it in case he ever came back!”
“Momas! It’s been so long! I still have a few things here saved just for you, just in case you traveled back here. Take a seat, old friend, we have a lot to catch up on.”
"Miss Yelizaveta, your talents will always be appreciated! Not only have you provided me with a place to rest and a grand meal, but you shined my armor as well? You truly are an angel. I will miss your hospitality when I journey back to Shurima."
"Ohoho, Mr. Hendrishan! It's all my pleasure to help any weary traveler, no matter where he's from." Miss Yeli giggled. "Especially when he's so strong and handsome like you." If she had hair, she'd be twirling it!
"I met her on one campaign. She asked me so many questions and gave me so much food. I wonder how she is doing nowadays."
"I know that Noxians are not favored around here, but everyone deserves a warm fire and a hot meal, especially in this cold, don't you think? That one commander seemed so gloomy, so I gave him a little extra attention."
"Melisa, please keep better track of your "not-boyfriend" so I don't have to personally keep him out of my hair. I don't know how many more questions I'm going to be able to stand before I lose it."
