Hmm, maybe Bat fears Nathaniel finding him again? Or at least, not being able to stop Nathaniel when he does find him again.
I think for Koumori her biggest fear may be that of dramatic failure. Not only failing herself, but not being able to save or help someone else. Something might go over her head and it may be too important to ignore.

Claus seems like he would have a fear of losing something important. Like a favorite book, a loved one, an assignment he might have to turn in. Something like that.
