"I hate him- well, as a person. Of course, he's my brother and I really do care for him even though he gets on my last nerves. I hope he doesn't die early. That'd suck a lot. I'm glad to know he probably won't ever betray me- and I won't either- in my lifetime. He loves me way too much to do that- too much. "

In terms of our rivarly, it's what'd you expect. We just always argue for no reason. It's more of him being the older sibling and I have to listen to him. It gets annoying after a while. I remember when I was like 6 years old and me and him were arguing about something- I don't really remember. I think he got pretty mad at me where he made a thin metal spike and stabbed it through my lips. Though he did get in trouble, my mom and dad couldn't help but laugh at the idea of him doing that."

Jacquelyn shuffled their feet nervously, chewing on their fingers as they glanced at Taesha. "Ah... you have an older brother?" The topic sparked more than a few memories. "What do you think it's like still having him in your life? Do you - do you ever feel like he might not really love you? And what is your rivalry over?"

"Ah..." In spite of themselves, Jackie lowered their head, unable to meet Inigo's gaze. "I... guess you could say it's because of that. I love them! I do love them, but, uh... when my parents locked me up they just didn't do anything. I begged them to, to help get me out or bring me something to make it better. But they didn't. They ignored me and ran." A slight throb traveled down their left arm, and the nearby table began to rattle slightly. Shaking their head to clear themselves, Jackie moved on to better topics.

"But - Evangeline! I love her lots. I met her because of the cooperation program. It's, uh - kind of a thing the ICS does. They put us in groups to help us work together and make friends. Eva was put in Amia and I's group when she was first entered. And she was really sweet to us! Even though we had trouble trusting and interacting and stuff, she was really patient with us. It makes me happy."

"From one older man to another... Do you ever get harshly judged; from yourself or another, for not having a relationship or for who you'd rather be with? You are extremely confident and value family, I admire that. Curious, however, if you ever have been under fire for not being in a relationship..."

"The biggest culture shock would be... technology... I cannot comprehend it at all..." He shakes his head softly to himself, "Surprinsigly my family is quite supportive of it, they say we are even a good pair, so he will 'loosen me up'... I do not need loosening up, thank you... Hmph!" He folds his arms, "My community and village don't seem to care either way, I think it was expected for me when I didn't take a wife when I passed thirty years a while back.... And yes, we are dating, or in a relationship..." A hint of a gentle smile crossed the grouch man's face.

"Huh... so... your sister." Oliv remains pretty stone faced. "Well, I'm sorry. I'm no stranger to sibling problems, but yours are... definitely a far cry from mine." They pause.

"For everything Reyl has put you through, you're still so dedicated to her... but why? How?" They start to look mildly distressed asking these questions.

"Even if I'd just met him today, I'd still think he's an asshole; or at the very least, extremely, almost painfully fake." Oliv growls a bit. "I'm not gonna say experiences aren't a factor at all, but he showed me his true nature from day one; and the bottom line?

Jason is shallow and deceiving as fuck. The fakest person I've ever met! 

Not only do our core personalities clash, but so do our morals. I'd say the fighting started once I stopped letting him prey on my childhood insecurities... also, I legitimately don't know if this guy has ever had friends that he didn't throw away in the blink of an eye. Look, point is, there's a lot of reasons we don't get along. Perhaps I just have standards!"

"Your brother."  He pauses, crosses his arms.  "If you lost all of your memories of him, and met him as a stranger, do you think you would get along?  Is it your experiences that make your relationship so clashing or are your differences fundamental to your personalities?"

"August...was one of many who came to see me when I was put into 'mother's' care.  She is one of the few who insists on regularly visiting."  He pauses, then blinks.  "Or did you mean before?  Everyone says we were close before but I have no memories of her.  No one has told me how we supposedly met back then, either."

"She seems....fine.  Her company is not unwelcome."  People ask him how he feels so often and he's never sure how to answer them, although he's anxious to say nothing.  Truly he does like her quite a lot.  Her being around is a nice reprieve from being alone with his melancholic mother all day, and she rarely makes a point of coddling and pitying him.  He appreciates being treated like he's not broken.  But he can't say any of this because he doesn't want to seem ungrateful of his hosts.  "I can't imagine her feelings towards me are wholly unpleasant?"

Even if it's easy to imagine her visits being born of obligation to him, he certainly hopes she doesn't dislike him.  He hopes she doesn't stop coming around once it sets in that his memory of before is just not coming back.

"My mistress is-  She was...She was my everything.  Serving her is all I've ever wanted."  Even now, presented with the evidence of her destroying him and rebuilding his personality around a devotion to her, doesn't dampen the feeling.  Every day he wakes up in this house it's harder to hope for her return, for this entire situation to just be some test, some game purely for her sadistic amusement.  Somewhere under his yearning to see her again and go back to simpler times when he had nothing to worry about but doing as he was told, he resents her.  He hates and hurts for this betrayal, that he isn't dead alongside her without having to witness or even be aware of the hole he's left in all of these people's lives.  This hole he can't ever hope to fill despite how hard they're all working to unwind this amnesia that's less a lock to be broken and more a beast that digested the old Caileb years ago and shit out Innit.

"Mm... This August person? She intrigues me. Do you remember how you met? What are your feelings towards her, and hers towards you?"
"Herrin Alyss?! Herrin Alyss!"
"Shut UP, Schwanz. And about your mistress, why do you still love her despite the things she's done?"

"Mein Gott, DOES IT EVER. It IS attached to me though, so there's no getting rid of it. Having someone stuck to meinen Arsch is not that fun, of course, but it does have its uses."

"yeah, Pear is great. we laze about and eat fruit together. Sometimes we squabble and I take a bite out of Pear but, its all good because Pear regenerates. Pearverns are pretty neat but, no one in the hive wants to mention them."

"Hmm... There's a lot about you I don't understand... Who is this Other you speak of? What do they do, why do they exist? Are they a part of you? And who is Ulysses? Are they cuuute~?"

"Oooh, a bit of a rough spot there. I myself am not allowed to say. However, I can tell you that I do have a little in common with Germ's creator, and Germ happens to be the brother of a public menace running around in what's called the Francium Organization's Dimension. Now, going off of the fact that Francium is an ELEMENT, named after France, do you think Germ means anything in particular? There IS another element named after a country... And her name is the clue to that. And I did tell you Germ was created by the same person who created the public menace... Who also happens to have created Pepper. And along the lines of country speaking, in a dimension far from Francium's, there's a dog with two mouths named Germany. And, just as the Argon Organization is the dimensional equivalent of the Francium Organization, Germany is the dimensional equivalent of the creator of the menace, Pepper, and Germ. And how do I know all this...?" Kalypso quickly takes a swig of Doctor Pepper with a smirk. "That's for you to figure out."

“This person, Kagura. I saw you learned swordplay from him. Was he like a mentor to you, or more of a close friend? What other sorts of thing did he teach you, if any? I understand it’s complicated—no need for a set answer, I don’t mind something convoluted.”

"Aw man! I've got a HUGE family, and only ONE PERSON appreciates my games and tricks! Dad gets super angry all the time, and Thor, and Hela, and Balder, and Freya... Only Mom thinks it's all fun. Dad's the only person to have gotten SERIOUSLY angry though..." Loki shuddered, remembering that fateful night. "I was cast out of Asgard for a week... And was grounded for life from the peanut butter..."

"So... how do your antics affect your relationships with your family? Anyone ever get seriously angry at you? Have you ever faced any repercussions?"

"A photographer in the world of Graffiti? You're probably a graffiti artist yourself. But out of SAINT and ESCAPE, which one do you favor more? I'm not meaning their personality or character - I'm saying their type or art work and their style overall. Surely you have some aesthetic that you favor the most."

"Making a guy pick between his friends? Cold." He grins. "ESCAPE's more likely to get us killed, but SAINT's more likely to get us arrested, so... pick your poison. It's better to live an exciting life than a long one anyway."
