Description

Zoey is a very cheerful, very sociable, and very energetic little puffball! She almost always has a big smile on her face, and always seems excited to fight! She’s full of youthful chaos, but perhaps she doesn’t have as much combat experience as her teammates. She still tries her best!

During the Comic

At some point before Silver arrived at Violet City, he came across Zoey and added her to his team, as his first non-starter Pokémon. She helped fight against some of the Neo Team Rocket grunts. She participated in Silver and Ethan’s second battle, but not only could she not touch Thia, she was immediately knocked out by her. In one hit, too! Poor girl.
