A mysterious philanthropist, she only goes by Evergreen. She spends the majority of her time doing classical mutual aid, buying and handing out resources, or just straight up money. Where she gets it all, nobody is quite sure, but nobody’s going to complain.

Almost everyone who’s been in dire straits in Moraine at one point or another has her back, even across allegiance lines. There are rumours about that she came from a wealthy family, or even a life of crime, but you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who’s willing to talk.

She has thus gained the ire of a number of local lawmakers and the kinds of people who find acts of charity to be uncouth and deplorable, but while they may have money on their side, Evergreen has numbers, and her wiles. She is rarely physically seen, and can go months without giving away her location. Whoever she used to be, she clearly knew her way around.
