The science is fascinating, he’ll admit, but it does make them strange. It was Scarm’s idea to use this inherent curiosity to become online stars, and they did. Though, the attention was less than stellar, even if the ad revenue was pretty okay. They’ve toned down the number of minutes a year they upload, especially now that they’re not hurting for cash quite so much.

Contacted directly by Labyrinthine Boss, she gave them an offer. Ludicrously high pay and living quarters right in Roslariot Headquarters, in exchange for physical examinations. Scarm wanted to be hesitant, but the protection of bodyguards at a powerful company? And the money? He couldn’t resist. And surprisingly, Alic, the less calculating of the two, also agreed.

Scarm is a smart guy on the down-low. He lets his brother’s beefy appearance do a lot of the talking for him, preferring to quietly observe and scheme on his own time. He’s got a penchant for science, and studies while Alic does whatever he does in the downtime of their lives. They didn’t have a particularly robust mandatory education, having not been at a regular school, so he’s making up for lost time. He’s grown to be a fan of Labyrinthine and the other scientists at Roslariot, often asking questions, and readily reporting his own observations about his and Alic’s experiences. Someday, he’ll get to the top of this place.
