Growing up in the Malbranche extended family, her parents divorced over the ethics of it all. She, however, stayed. An absolute whiz at chemistry– having learned it from her father, a man who was well versed in the creation of poisons and other chemical weaponry. It’s immoral work, but it’s an absolute leg up on the competition.

She became the student of two successful biochemists, Ciri and Ciam, their mentorship offered as a kindness and favour by Cobalt Boss, and eventually went on to continue her father’s work after his tragic death (chemical related, of course).

The loss of so many people has made her by far the most hardened and bitter member of the Malbranche. Ciam passed away only a few years into her mentorship, and Ciri went missing not a year ago. It’s all part of the risks you take when you’re working illegally, she supposes, but she’s allowed to think it bites.

Caustic and sour, she isn’t exactly fun, nor has she ever really been. But, Farfa gets along with her surprisingly well. A girls night featuring the two of them and Libic is not an uncommon occurrence, though it usually takes the form of bitching while out on the town.
