"Oh how I adore your company, Evanna! May we hope that we get assigned some tasks together in the future. Your expertise in your craft comes oh so handy. We need to arrange a tea meeting, I'll bring everything you'll need."
"Oh, yes... Frances... we do. Maybe you can set everything up while I relax. Could I have you run some errands afterwards?"
"Truly, a lovely companion! Micari, we must have tea and pastries sometime. We can discuss the most merry of matters, such as methods of torture!"
"Yes. I would also rather enjoy testing those methods."
The young man bowed. "It is an honor to be in your presence Madame Avalon. You are one of the most renowned generals of Noxus history. Your methods and skills should be studied and preserved."
"Madame Avalon? Just who do you think I am, boy? You will address me as Lady Norazze if you must address me at all. I will not tolerate disrespect from someone of your stature." She glares at the young man and looks over his outfit, a small smirk forming on her face as she grabs him by the jabot and quickly adjusts it. "There. Now you won't go around embarrassing your master." Avalon turns her head and walks away without another word.
Frances chuckled. "You are so funny... a 'rat'.... so creative... I have heard much worse from the royals when I spilled tea once. Reminds me of something else they have told me in the past... never pry too much into the business of others... you never know what might happen." The young man's threat spoken through gritted teeth was passive aggressive, a forced smile on his face.
"Skip the pleasantries, rat. I have no need for whatever it is you're going to try and sell me. Run back to your master." She glares at him and telekinetically manipulates some of her needles. She knows exactly who Frances works for.
"Thank you Lady Nadire, I appreciate your patronage. What kinds of tea do you serve? If so, may I have a little bit of milk added in?"
"Ah! Mr. Hargreaves! How lovely of you to visit The Violet Garden!~ Can I interest you in a drink? On the house, of course. A friend of Revanishel is a friend of mine!" She smiled at Frances, holding her head up high. Nadire had heard rumors of Frances'... temper. If there was one thing she knew, it was that pissing him off was a horrible idea.
"Oh ho ho! You have quite the sense of humor. I truly adore that in a person. Say, why don't we meet in private one day to discuss some things. I'd love to show you something." He says as he grips his daggers.
"What an adorable dog! I've heard rumors of your loyalty and I wonder... just who holds your leash? I know someone like you would never ever tell Nahki your secrets but that is perfectly fine with me, my adroit acquaintance." She cocks her head to the side at an uncomfortable angle almost like an owl and stares into Frances' eyes. His mind was a hellscape but she had all the information she required.
"Lady Seulki is a lovely woman. Whenever I've worked under her, I've made sure to meet her standards. I know of what has happened to others who have upset and disappointed her. But of course, with my services, she is never someone I will disappoint."
"I have a feeling as to why this one is so loyal. It is not my concern. So long as he keeps his nose away from my business and my children... I will allow him to remain in my good graces."
"I have never met a more pathetic and upsetting noble. I will be kind to him for now, I don't need Zurran and the rest of Noxus' military speaking down to me. This grown man cried at a children's story involving a horse that drowns. His mind would break knowing some of the acts I've participated in...."
"It isn't my fault that I am in tune with my emotions. You cannot seriously blame me for being upset at such a tragic fate. No horse deserves to go through that."
"Feeling is mutual. You're no fun to work with. I prefer my company to have the most upmost care and dedication to their craft. You simply don't wish to enjoy your work. You have too much of a moral conscience."
"He is more dedicated to the cabal than any other agent I have seen. His operations have never needed my assistance and believe me, I am more than grateful for this. Thank the stars above I do not often have to stand in the same room as Frances."
"He is lucky we both serve under the same cause. I would've cut that tail off of him in an instant if he spoke to me as a stranger."
"Pompous asshole. I would have eaten him by now if not for the risk of him being missed."
"Sir Zurran is so skilled in combat. I wish to one day learn from him. I feel there is much to learn from him. If he needs his weapon and armor polished, or needs refreshments or anything cleaned of, he should not hesitate to reach out for my services."
“I know of Frances. A favorite of nobles. Too eccentric for my taste; and I know better than to speak of who is truly pulling his strings.”
"Continue your fantastic work, Lady Zako. Your hard work will not go unappreciated. Such an efficient killer with so much knowledge on how to take someone's life!"
“I am aware of these things already, Frances.” Zako felt no need to give the man a compliment in turn. She knew well enough of his strange but vicious nature already.
"I almost crushed him with that piano. That mistake must not be known to the public or my noble standings will be compromised."
“Good ol’ Frances. Funny guy. At least until he gets in my business. Pretty sure he’s tried to kill me at some point, but who hasn’t tried already?”
"Lord Cyran doesn't enjoy taking care of the smaller things himself. I am more than happy to take care of things for him if that means I can get closer to him and expand my connections. He knows many people. His presence heavily benefits Lady LeBlanc and I intend to make sure that connection remains."
“I’ll never say no to someone who wants to do things for me, especially when there’s little to no limits. I admire the enthusiasm too.”
"Incredibly obnoxious and not serious individual. I despise serving him, but the benefits of it outweigh the negatives."
“He’s pretty and all, but I can never remember his name.”
"So many people wish Ezedeus dead. All it takes is for you to 'go missing' and then Ezedeus will have no protection. Would be quite the shame if that were to happen."
“It’s also a shame that those good looks are wasted on someone like you. I think you ought to leave now, butler. I am certain that you have a long schedule of nobles’ asses for you to wipe around here.”
"Sir Julas. If you are willing to speak with me. It appears you feel some sort of way around your brother. Maybe perhaps we could see if something can be done about him? I have met many who could create a tea for him that will solve your problems...."
“What could a mere servant like you possibly know about my problems? Get out of my sight.”
"He is unpleasant, but I will do as I am told anyways. He can underestimate me all he wants. When he learns that this 'eccentric butler' is more willing to get blood on his hands than most of his military, he will then have no choice but to respect me."
“The ever eccentric butler that I often see at nobles’ events. Oft times I must coordinate with him at said events to better ensure the guests are safe under my watch and satisfied under his care. My main issue with him is the sound of his voice.”
"A disgusting, low life commoner! Imagine living in Bilgewater. You'll eventually let these people down, you know that correct? How are you gonna be this big hero for this region ruined by poverty and crime? Get out of my sight..!"
"Now what in the hell is this man's problem...!? Why the hell is he talkin' like that to me?"
"The thought of slicing your throat with these knives... oh the thought is joyous! Wonderful! Magnifique! We could make a display of your corpse. Your false god deserves to feel despair. You are a fool to follow Mordekaiser. Your faction repulses me...! Do one more thing against Noxus and I will make sure I pull your teeth out one by one and gut you like a hog!!!"
"...You do realize I am spirit, correct? I was killed and buried more than a century ago. Not only you're an insolent little man but you're also stupid, is this truly what the rose has to offer nowadays?"
"He is rather nosy. Taking note of this. Dig too deep and Sheikav will learn the hard way just how far Noxus will go for it's empire..."
"It's a good thing Nalla is not exactly close to Noxus Prime. The last thing I want is this guy following around either of our nobles like a lost puppy. Not to mention, there is more to him than he lets on. Should he ever end up in Nalla, I will be watching him."
"I am not afraid of the rumors surrounding her. Gathering connections and status and rewards through her is fine. I have acted as a servant for many royals and nobles, she would be no different."
"Er.. As.. Kind, as you are, Frances, I am not one of the most intriguing nobles to be around. Your offers are... kind? But I will be fine on my own... I am used to it." She knew about him, and had heard more than a few things about his temper. While normally she would've been fine coldly brushing off anyone bugging her, a small part of her felt bad for him.
Frances wished he could poison her drink. "My apologies to hear all that. I will leave you be. I don't wish to disturb your peace any further." After walking away he dropped his facade. "She has some nerve...!"
"Oh joy, another person for Cyran to run around for his entertainment. At least this one seems to be some sort of masochist, so I'm sure he'll last at least a little longer. I don't have any interest in "participating in our little club", and I certainly don't need somebody to do my work for me. Go grovel at my brother's feet, dog."
The young man was furious and barely holding together his temper. "....you better hope Zerros stays loyal to the Black Rose. If I must be the one to end his existence, I will *greatly*, ***greatly***, enjoy killing two birds with one stone...!"
"There is little in my host's mind about you. Perhaps that speaks to the fact that you are nothing. You are worth nothing, you are nothing. Have a good rest of your miserable, pathetic life."
"Despite losing your nobility you are still a well respected warrior. Please, inform me of your methods. In detail. I wish to learn from the best if I must be the one to dispatch traitors against Noxus' empire...!"
