OK SOOOOO I MADE THE BULLETIN!

As for the character I want drawn if I win, I'd love more art of my baby Grub, they were one of the first OC's I received on this site and I love him SOOOOO dearly.

AS FOR MY WORLD,,,,, ILL RAMBLE ABOUT THE ONE WITH GRUB IN IT!!! SO basically it's a fantasy world, where elves, orcs, magic, and all the like are very much real! It mainly focuses on a group of friends, namely Venus, Grub, and Rozanne, who are a trio of friends just trying to get by in the world! It's like a fantasy slice of life! I kinda wanna write about it, but not sure! I kinda imagine it more than writing it! There's not much to the world at the moment, it's definitely in the works, but if you want a glimpse of it, check out Grub's profile! It kinda mentions some of it.

Alright I'm about to ramble about my oc universe for a bit

So basically I had many stories in head, but I've wanted to make most of them be in the same universe so I don't have explain the different universes they're in. I got inspired by one of ONE's new mangas (I think it was ONE) where a bunch of universes got merged together and demons were endangering the world.

So my oc universe starts with a chaos god named Schadenfreude who grew bored and wanted something cool and exciting to happen, so he decided to merge 5 universes, including his own, together. 3 were fantasy worlds, and the other 2 were this version of Earth. One was our modern time, the other was a mix of the victorian era, steampunk, and magic. However, because of the merging, it made the universe quite unstable and caused multiple rips in the unviverse which would pop in and out, and creatures called Dreadnaughts (work in progress name), which are creatures who live outside of universes, would come out of these rips and attempt to destroy the universe. So not only do the people have to get used to the sudden merging of worlds, but they have to join forces in order to defeat the Dreadnaughts. Fortunately, a thousand years later where my stories take place, the Dreadnaught threat has lowered as their universe slowly healed itself, so the rips aren't as constant.

Some stuff:

- Mana is what magical energy is called.

-The Earth is 5 times as big since 5 universes merged, and same thing to a lot of planets if they have duplicates.

- Two huge dreadnaughts lay dormant. One is a gaint World Eater, the other is a giant planet being called The End. The World Eater fled after being heavily injured many years ago, but unfortunately nobody has been able to locate it. It cloaked itself with a special barrier that made it undetectable, and hid itself beneath the Earth, waiting for its wounds to heal before attacking again. The End can never be killed and has only ever been successfully driven away, and it has been like that for many years after it first appeared. People have tried to find ways to kill it, but so far nothing has been successful. There have been theories that The End has possibly achieved godhood and that's why it hasn't been defeated, but it has been debunked since gods have helped chase it away.

- There are many gods in the universe. Most of them are from the other universes, though there are a few that have been made after the merge. One of the ones I like is the Dice god Luckless, the god of luck, chance, and randomness. Luckless used to be a regular dice, but it has been used so many times for so many years that somehow, it became a god.

- half of Canada became Bananada as a huge horde of monster monkies (and other monkey related species) took control of it.

Ok now I'm going to ramble to you about my pokemon oc universe :3

ok so there's two separate stories that take place in the same universe very close to eachother but are pretty much completely seperate. these two stories are very creatively named Box 3 and Box 4, as they take place in one trainer's Box 3 and Box 4 respectively.

Box 3 is a fairly recent development and I'm currently in the progress of planning out the story but I CAN tell you about the characters. There's Abell, Maple, Ronan and Taln, who were all created and raised in a Neolution Industries laboratory, for various reasons, but mainly prototype versions of pokemon to be sold to trainers to look nice or to fight better. There's also Xander, who's father was a pokemon owned by one of the higher ups of the company. His father wanted great things for him, but being the companion of someone working at a shady science company twists your sense of what's great a little, so Xander also got experimented on. Xander thinks none of the experiments were a success, though he's unaware that the greenish colouration at the ends of his ears/tail and the nicks in his ears are actually a result of his genes being spliced with a leafeon's. So anyways, Xander obviously rebels and runs away, and later on he breaks into the laboratory and tries to Abell, Maple, and Taln. Ronan, the oldest one who was assigned to keep watch over them all, tries to stop them, but is eventually persuaded to join them. Now let me actually tell you about the characters:

Xander is a jolteon(/leafeon hybrid but nobody knows that yet), he's hyperactive, happy-go-lucky, and pure of heart dumb of ass.

Abell is an umbreon with gradiented orange markings resembling black holes. He has control over gravity, but he really sucks at it. He's mindful and ambitious yet docile.

Maple is a heavily aesthetically modified flareon that resembles french toast in a way. She was meant to have food generation powers, but that doesn't seem to have worked. (It actually did but that's a whole other rabbit hole). She's lively, cheery and adventurous.

Ronan is a dully coloured glaceon with a chain earring. He's older than the rest of the cast, and was assigned to watch over the other experiments. He's stern, authoritative, and astute. He can create structures such as chains and cages out of ice.

Taln is a fusion between a flareon and a corvisquire, created to be a scout for Neolution Industries, circling the skies around the building and defending against intruders. They're harsh and honest yet understanding. They have selective mutism.

I've not written much about the story after Xander successfully breaks them out just yet, but I know that eventually as they're searching for somewhere to live they end up getting caught by a trainer who deposits them into Box 3.

Box 4 is an entire doozy of a story that would take so, so many paragraphs to explain all the way through, and I am tired, but if anyone's interested I'd be more than happy to rant at you so I can track down plotholes lol.

This guys story is that he was made in a lab and due to his dad making a deal with satan before his creation, he's cursed for all eternity. He's basically satan's puppet, having to do whatever he wants, which is solely murder. When he was 10, he noticed his family wasn't around so he went to go find them, only to get adopted by this woman. She treated like her own until he was 12, then stated abusing him. Thing is, satan was possessing the woman, making her abusive. When he was 13, he was forced to kill an animal against his will (satan was controlling his arm), which broke him emotionally, but he got numb to the idea of killing after so long. He eventually became a famous criminal with over 200 criminal charges. He also can temporarily die. When he dies, he'll just get revived. This is just the gist of it.

Here’s a ramble about what is roughly Timothee’s world, or at least how it is currently (it’s likely to change lol)!

Basically its a fantasy world that’s full of humans, elves, dwarfs, dragons, ghosts, orcs, witches/warlocks/magic users, and many other species! There’s one Major kingdom, 6 smaller-but-still large kingdoms, and a bunch of cities and villages. The 6 kingdom’s kings and queens serve as the counsel underneath the largest kingdom.

The more humanoid races (elves, humans, dwarves, etc) generally live better. The less “human” a being appears (dragons and a few select other species being the exception), the less trusted they are. Araneae folk like Timothee, despite being a peaceful race outside war, are treated very poorly. They used to be part of a seventh counsel kingdom but betrayed the head crown over 200 years ago. An Araneae assassin killed the crown princess, and the full force of the other 7 kingdoms swept through the Araneae kingdom. The children were left alive, and sent to various different villages and towns, while anyone older than 15 was killed or enslaved. They haven’t exactly flourished, as staying alive in cities is very difficult, and many of the villages they were sent to were wiped out by rouge tribes. Timothee’s great grandmother caught the eye of a nobleman, and they wed. This is the only reason Timothee can live as nicely as he does, but traveling can be rough.

Magic users come from all species, and while they aren’t exactly welcomed, the relationship between them and the rest of the kingdoms has improved greatly! Some of the heads of the 6 kingdoms are magic users, and are given much more respect than the ones of lower class. They’re slowly being recognized as valuable assets to their home kingdoms/towns/cities/etc. Each person’s magic manifests differently. Timothee, for example, is able to create light, temporarily magnify things, and pull water from resources around him. But Gloria, one of the queens, can manipulate fire, temporarily mute people, and hypnotize someone if she spends enough time with them. Magic itself can be genetic or random. While each user has a few different abilities, they can use scrolls to cast spells that aren’t natural to them, but the result is often not as powerful as natural magic. People without the gift can’t use the scrolls, unless a user transfers some of their power to them, which only lasts for a day at most.

and i am now here... to share things about The Story... 3MC, my biggest passion project, and sirius, my special little guy, my blorbo, my scrunkly, my precious son who did nothing wrong...

sirius is the most creature a human in this setting can get... not the local cryptid only because he's the local cryptid hunter/researcher/enthusiast. he's certain his hometown is absolutely full of paranormal entities, and he's eager to overshare all he knows about them! except almost nobody believes him, because to put it shortly, paranormal activity can be as present in an area as you want, people without a heightened perception of reality will just not perceive it (to give some more slightly spoilery context, paranormals are entities that exist on slightly different planes of existence compared to regular people, and what this leads to is regular people perceiving them as people but not as paranormal, if that makes sense - for example, instead of seeing a being made of sentient mist, they would just see a normal guy (this is perseus' case). sirius' heightened perception works in that he can sense something or someone is paranormal in some way, and while he's pretty much always on the spot, proving it to anyone else is extremely difficult).

the story starts pretty fun and lighthearted... just sirius and a couple buddies making a lil podcast. talking about their shared passion about conspiracy stuff and the paranormals. it then turns to mild cosmic horror as a mysterious architect starts working in the town for unspecified reasons and sirius starts hearing the voice of what's basically god. again. (THERES ANOTHER EXPLAINATION UNDER THE SPOILER)

this is where the fun part begins... the deep 3mc lore.

going back to when sirius was a kid, there was a cult stationed near his hometown that worshipped an unknown entity they believed to be able to manipulate reality itself, led by sargas, a man who apparently could communicate with this being and who was allegedly bound to it in a way that would bring many things tm upon the world were he to be killed. so, of course, sargas gets murdered in cold blood by one of his followers, sheratan. turns out, sargas was really bound to the entity, and his murder allowed it to resurface from the plane of existence it was stuck in and begin having influence over the "normal" world again! this is not good at all because he's not up to very good things... (also sheratan gets basically sent to the shadow realm after this. sargas just becomes a ghost).

anyway! the moment the entity breaks through, he finds a little child sirius, who is in bed, sleeping, having the worst fever of his life, and begins talking to him. to sirius, this manifests as a horrifying fever dream and it leads to an intense sense of fear every time he hears anything related to it, but it's from that moment that he starts perceiving paranormal activity as naturally as he does now. unbeknowst to him, he's pretty much doomed... the entity has chosen him as its future vessel, which is no good at all, because it means sirius as he is will basically disappear! but it's not the time for that yet. the conditions before this can happen have yet to come.

there comes a point where the entity manifests itself to another person - alef, a pretty renowned architect. introducing himself as tevel, the entity asks alef for help to create the conditions so that he can come back, as he will need a "preliminary vessel" in the "normal" world - a building to hold his power before he can transfer his consciousness into another person. alef accepts, because they're incredibly fascinated by his words, and as such, they start working in sirius' town, led by tevel's words (he knows where sirius is, after all, but alef does not)

so, from the moment alef gets in town, stuff starts becoming stranger and stranger. apart from general uneasiness in town, sirius occasionally hears tevel's voice again, and that terrifies him. but, being sirius, he decides it's best to investigate, and he starts finding out more and more things about the entity known as tevel - how he was once a human just like him, how he experimented with machinery built to create variations in reality, how he suddenly vanished without a trace, how his existence seems to have been canceled from any record. aaand this part of the story follows sirius' investigations! featuring the podcast still going and his friends worrying a lot

apart from all of this... this all began from characters based on spirit phone and little else... sirius himself is based on touch-tone telephone, and the phone itself is part of his symbolism/iconography alongside a bunch of other things :] also i forgot where i got the idea to name all the characters after astronomical objects (stars, constellations, asteroids, moons, galaxies, exoplanets... i will take names from anything space related and nobody can stop me) but there's also that! ALSO i'm sorry if this is confusing,, despite having been in development for such a long time, 3mc has went through so many changes, and i'm still figuring out how to make stuff work in the setting and the story (╥﹏╥)

The character I'm entering for here unfortunately doesn't have a toyhouse cause he's not even really mine, but my girlfriend's!( I have permission to get art for her characters^^) but I would totally link him if I could, but I'll describe him instead. ( I'll definitely provide an actual image if I win )

His name is Bene, he's like 5'10 feet tall, wearing a pink suit with a black tie, along with a pink hat that matches his suit. His skin-tone is white/peach, and his hair is white and short with a manbun. He also typically wears around a stethoscope around cause doctor things.

Some information about him is that he works at/is the owner of basically the biggest hospital in Ximorph ( where they live. ) His family had a history of medical researchers and Bene happened to be quite interested in it. He makes a lot of medicine for Ximorphians, often studying and searching for cures for chronical diseases and other health problems. The thing is, Bene's hospital is connected to a mental asylum. Which is where Bene would often study the behavior of these patients and observe their health. Back a few years ago, Bene was going through some stuff with his own life and these patients. One day, he decided to "experiment" on them to say the least. He basically got fed up with these patients, then proceeded to kill them and use them for experiments. A while after all this, nobody had caught him. At least that's what he thought. ( one person saw blood leaking from a closet he was in but we don't talk about that ❤️) Bene begun to realize how messed up it was to this to people, despite if it was for research and stopped with his "experiments."

honestly i think you’ve known a good amount of my fellas already I WASN’T SURE WHAT TO RAMBLE AT FIRST- but uhh here we go!! i think if i were to choose, i’d pick between robin [ic] or marcus [OR you can pick anyone too!! honestly i don’t mind you drawing any of my humans as long as they’re tagged!]

tho i might talk about Robin here because… song-inspired ocs are fun right. like if i’ll be honest, he’s probably the fella most heavily influenced by specific songs. yeah even more than lucas [the literal musical child] and maisy [that aspiring song writer]. mainly the song “Hansel” by Sodikken tho! it sums up half of his backstory lol. [mind you that his bio is outdated atm, so what i say here and what was written may not match + vocabulary cringe]

if romeo is a chatterbox, then robin is a quiet mouse basically… who is also a chatterbox once you get to know him sksks. once you get to know him though, you’d find him to be a rather silly, a bit mischeivious even. he works with the cows in the farm, while also having a HUGE interest in music [the radio was the closest thing he had as a parent for a long while]. though even if he’s rather shy [socializing was never his strong point to begin with anyway], he’s actually had a reckless past, and sometimes it stills slip to this day. well at least he did get help eventually! even if he still struggles dealing with his problems, at least he’s trying. also him and romeo as best friends! okay they kinda look after each other as family this point [platonically tho], just wanted to mention since you drew romeo before aha.

OKAy so. delilah. she looks human at first glance but shes NOT shes a different thing, i call them 'birdfolk' but they also go by wingfolk, birdfae, angels, etc. those words technichally all have different meanings (like human v person v man) BUT most birdfolk use them interchangably or just stick to 'birdfolk' nowadays. ANYWAYS so theyre basically humans with better stamina and magic wings that can appear and disappear from their backs at will, the wings go through any clothes or etc on their back so folk dont have to cut holes in their clothes, but the wings are still solid after theyve gone through the clothes! and wherever theyve gone through they kinda 'pin' the clothes into place, like they were a hand pressing down on that area. so in order for folk to get dressed they have to turn their wings off (unless theyre wearing something that can go over the wings like a tanktop or etc, but it really is just easier to turn them off). oh and their wings look like species we have down here on earth! but technichally its the other way around, birdfolk are made with patterns first and when they die they turn into regular birds and fly down to earth, creating a new bird species. now you mightve caught that i said down to earth. well, thats because birdfolk live in a pocket dimension accessed through the sky! you can only enter it if you believe that it's real, hence why astronauts and pilots dont enter it every day. the birdfolk realm is like an archipelligo in the sky, floating islands ranging in size from "barely enough to fit a house" to "this baby holds an entire mountain range." getting into the realm is easy- you just keep going up- but what about exiting it? well, the 'bottom' of the dimension has what i call 'timezones' patterned across it at random, and when a birdfolk leaves through one of those timezones they end up on earth in whatever that timezone was!!! theres no way to tell what a timezone is until you go through it. some timezones are for 9:30 AM, 2-12-1990, and time moves normally. some timezones are for 11:01 PM, 6-1-1419, and time moves backwards (but once a birdfolk goes through time moves normally for them, meaning if two folk go through one after the other, the second would technichally get their first. neat, huh?). some timezones are in 2000 BC! i havent pinned down the current year for them yet, but it's somewhere around 2008- but their 2008 is very different from our 2008: birdfolk years are ~10,000 days long!! at this point you might be thinking WHAT!! and that is a perfectly normal thing to think. but the thing is, birdfolk actually live to be ~80, same as humans. but that's 80 birdfolk years. birdfolk live ~28 times longer than humans!! woah!! but hold on a minute, something isnt right here. when a birdfolk goes down to earth, they begin to age normally. so if some poor folk goes down by accident, they could actually shave years off their life. and the flipside is true, living things that enter the birdfolk realm begin to age super slowly! and ok im gonna touch on oooooone more thing before i finish this ramble. STARSCRAP! starscrap are colorful, shiny, metal-ish things that drop from the sky every now and then. shooting stars? meteors? nah baby, all starscrap! they most commonly come in white, yellow, and orange, and the most rare colors are blue, black, and green. anything else falls in the middle there. they range in size from a pea to a baseball, but are commonly found broken apart and in 'shards'.. or 'scraps'!! they can be melted down at fairly low temperatures until they get exposed to a high enough exygen concentration, after which they become extremely heat-resistant, so theyre often used to make welding masks and lined gloves and etc. theyre more commonly used to make jewelry, stuff like necklaces and rings and all that jazz. in fact, when two birdfolk are getting married (which is more of a 'i love you, i want to commit to you' than anything religious'), they exchange starscrap necklaces instead of rings! marriage necklaces are often made of the rare colors, which differentiates them from other necklaces. OH. SORRY ONE MORE THING so basically birdfolk dont have a concept of money- theyre half a bartering/trading system and half a "take what you need give what you can" system. more common or 'needed' things like food, basic furniture, housing, clothes, soap, etc is made and given away as needed (and it's common for birdfolk to have 'housemates', sometimes for life) but more luxury/comfort items like jewelry, custom furniture, fancy/party clothes, etc are traded for. birdfolk have marketplaces set up all around, folk are welcome to claim a stall and set up their wares (or if theyre offering a service like gardening they'll often theme their stall). theyll have basically a dry-erase board on display with what theyre looking for on it, and shoppers will have their own with what theyve got to offer. when a shopper meets a merchant theyll barter, and if they agree on a trade theyll cross the item off on both their lists and write the other's name next to it. and the buyer will either bring the item the next day or the merchant will go to the buyer's home to pick it up (and most folk know everyone in their area well, if they dont its really easy to ask around and find somebody who does). and its seen as a symbol of pride for a merchant to have a fully-crossed-off list bc it means they either have a really good service or theyre really good at bartering!

oh man where do i begin with my story lolz.. i dont exactly have a catchy name for the universe its in (rather i just affectionately call my stories part of the ‘samsonverse’) but anyway!!! its a story centered around the friendship (and soon, romance) between an alien and a human, and just generally life after trauma.

the aliens are a species of ‘demon-like’ beings called Belethians which live on a planet called Elelogap that is very very close to earth but hidden in a ‘veil’ that shrouds it from the visible eye. one day, a human child (his name is Damian) finds a set of papers in a dusty abandoned mansion which supposedly could summon a “demon”, so he brings it up to his house’s attic and.. well.. it works! the ‘demon’ in question is Rasmus, and over the course of years they soon become very, very close :) they both have a passion for music and form a band together with rasmus’s friends! (his friends are their own fun variety of people…) i fear this is getting too long but i have so much to write abt EVERYTHING

Her name is oggeme she's a troll from alternia ( Homestuck)! She's really obsessed with glitter and sparkly stuff, especially after she found a time capsule from earth containing gnome statues, a CD player, and a few DVDs including the movie trolls , you know the musical sparkly ones .) she's really silly and she often eats glitter. It just looks so tasty .

I honestly think she'd be going on a grand adventure, regardless if she was in an era far long ago or if she was in the era that the sgrub game occurred.

If she was in the older era, I'm sure she'd probably go on to do many travels ,who knows I love her very much!

He also has a twin brother which is the god of nether, so sun and moon representation hell yeah!! The minecraft universe they're in, I imagine it to be actually realistic ... Like, no blocks/blocky textures. In a fantasy ancient greek setting! He's like a myth, no one knows if he is real or not but they have a religion about him and his brother..., They weren't actually like that, the lore for them is a little bit over the place but in a single sentence --- Sonek got fell off the map ... That's how he got turned into The End God

i love this guy so much omg squeal!! he used to be for a villians au with my main persona but he went totally unused for a few years til i was talking about it to my gf!! decided to bring it back but as a lab-experimentation storyline instead!! basically lil guy born into a testing facility which his parents own annnd he's been there the longest,, theres also larity and gravi who r super important to the lore stuff and gravi especially helps link it all back to the overarching story of my ocs that have intertwined lore its so fun to draw and write and talk about them all aa!! id ramble way more in depth but his lore has mentions of abuse n stuff and id rather not talk about it here ^_^; but aa yea hes so silly my fucked up son :o3

Faved the post, faved a charceter, would love my Main fella drawn, and as for lore uhHh there's alot on his profile and I think the old writing I did is in his litaratures? However it's not fully accurate since his lore has changed and I've been procrastinating writing multiple chapters worth-

Soo in short he's a demon shapeshifter ("original I know") who didn't partake in the ussual murdering innocents and did his best to be good. So was given a sort of redemption where he was kinda reborn still a demon but with the ability to shift fully into an angel. Which gives him abilitys and weaknesses from both sides depending on the form. His whole plot line is using that gimmick to kill fallen angels and demons wrecking havock on a world that's semi fallen into ruins and has many of them running around casuseing deaths. He's a contracted killer assassin type trying to rid the world of people who do nothing but kill and torment innocent lives.

And then ontop of that there's way to much more lore to put here with his past, gaining a family, encounters with friends lovers ect, Canon lore events, trauma, ect ect ect

i received them as a custom but i had a whole lil drawing set out for what i wanted them to look like—the main inspo i wanted came from plenty of webcore,, esp since i connect this oc with myself and i always feel very intertwined wif the internet in a way both good and bad (hence lil cursor embedding the window into their head)— however the main theme i wanted to shine was the animalistic aspects !! i have always adored the contrast of prey/predator natures and having them be an infected deer was just KEJFJD a need. plenty of what i like writing is prey turned predator involuntarily,, or aspects of a creature having underlying vulnerable tones they can’t entirely hide due to true nature. it’s just a whole thing about parasites and AHHDEJFJ,, idk i love them

fun fact:: slight temp name but ‘cordi’ is derived as a lil jab to ‘cordyceps,’ a fungus that has branched to infecting deers 🫶

Alrighty!

So, Clytie is one of several Shakespeare fankids from my Shakespeare AU fic verse, Altered Folio. She is an Scion, an official term for Shakespeare fankids although only the Three Witches call them that in-universe. I just picked it because I thought it would be neat if they had an epithet and decided on "Scion" after doing a Discord poll on some of the servers I'm in, as Scion was the top result in most of them. Scions tend to go through lots of angst but this is not guaranteed. The Scion protagonists of comedy stories don't go through angst or at least not to the same extent as those from the tragedy ones (Clytie's story is very much a tragedy and is the designated AU for one of Shakespeare's most bleak plays, so she's getting a butt load of angst)

The Scions are usually the protagonists of Altered Folio fics, although I'm thinking that the Much Ado About Nothing AU fic might actually having Beatrice as the MC while her daughter is sidelined to the supporting character role. Since Scions don't magically pop into existence (with the possible exception for a couple of the Midsummer Night's Dream fairy kids), pregnancy and childbirth are reoccurring topics in the fics, so there's that. Although some are more detailed on that front than others.

Also the Altered Folio verse spans across several centuries, from as early as Ancient Greece to like late as the 17th century. So, it's got a pretty long ass timeline and history, with stories usually taking place in different time periods; for example, Clytie's is set in the late 16th century while the Romeo and Juliet AU fic is set in the 14th century. I'm pretty hesitant from setting stories past like 1616 (the year Shakespeare died), because I would rather do time periods that Shakespeare plays could be set in and around Shakespeare's time, and settings that are post early-17th century might go against the spirit of this verse (although I do have a concept for a crossover-ish story set in the modern day).
