Mike was an overall average, yet eccentric kid that was known for his creativity, which contrasted with an unconventional lack of focus. One day, he happened upon a mysterious relic in the shape of an oddly colored pencil. This relic gave him the ability to tap into the magic within him, and draw things to life. Nowadays, he works as a bounty hunter/artist, putting people behind bars and taking commissions to pay the bills and doing his best to prove he's got what it takes to be just as good as everyone else!

Mike is a generally outgoing, albeit odd person. He's eager to befriend others, but tends to be oblivious to social cues, and thus comes off as blunt or excessively talkative. He can be plenty focused and clever, but it's usually bogged down by his lack of focus, especially when he fixates on something he's passionate about. Mike is capable of becoming very cold and serious when something or someone he cares about is in danger, jumping straight to the point. He likes to be more direct and to the point, often skipping banter between foes and going straight for a sucker punch while they're rambling.

General Skills: Decent in hand-to-hand combat. Isn't afraid to fight dirty in the slightest. Proficient in swordplay, but prefers to use his drawings for combat, using them as both a means of attack, defense, and maneuverability.

The Vessel of Creation (VOC) - An ancient relic that has the ability to break down any form of matter, be it magical or physical, and convert it into energy to create whatever object the wielder desires. The more complex the creation, the more matter it needs to siphon. 

Mike's Journal - A large sketchbook with seemingly infinite pages. He carries many of his drawings which he can bring to life, as well as doing while he throws them to set up traps and projectile attacks.

Ref Sheets - Mike writes down every piece of information he has on someone, and makes a reference sheet of them. He can use Creator's Will to transform himself into that person using the ref sheet, and temporarily gaining their abilities until he's dealt one solid blow before poofing back to normal in a cloud of thick, glowing smoke.

Abilities

-Creator's Will- 

Mike has an infinite amount of wild energy he calls "Will" that generates within him like a nuclear reactor. Mike concentrates his Will into the Vessel of Creation, which draws from that power until he burns out. He can also imbue drawings with his Will to bring them to life by touching them. If Mike uses up too much Will at once, he will burn out, and be unable to generate energy for a long period of time. The rate at which his Will generates depends on his emotional state, and his own motivation. However, there is a limit to how much of this energy he can channel at once before his body self-destructs. If too much Will builds up within him, Mike will overload, and begin to start overflowing with Will in the form of reality-distorting explosions of energy, warping time and space around him in an aura that will grow until he explodes.

 Health

Mike is about as healthy as any normal person his age, although he is a bit chubby. It doesn't impact his health or physical ability, but he's self-conscious about his physique. Besides his short and stout frame, he's significantly buff in his arms and legs due to wearing his weighted cloak for so long.
