⭐ Asami's first tattoo was the oni she has on her arm, something she got shortly after attempting to get her life back in order from the chaos of her later teen yeas and early twenties, as a symbol of belated rebuking of her parents for a myriad of their views: ranging from their view on tattoos, both in regards to traditional Japanese beliefs as well as their attempts to be considered respectable, to their idea that they could control her and what she wanted, to even a reference to an old idiom about the creatures in myth, and since then she has opted to expand out from that tattoo in relation to her building her life from that point outwards.

⭐ Asami, while she is considered a fairly average height, was tall by the standards of her family, beating out her father by an inch with the only person taller than her being her late grandfather. However, due to when she left home, she doesn't really know if this fact is still true and wonders if, for sake of example, her little sister or cousin outgrew her in terms of height. 

⭐ Asami, in an effort to wean herself off harder and, arguably, worse substances has taken up smoking. However, she knows the risk of it as well and is using it as a go-between to cut herself off from everything eventually being her goal. By smoking only on occasions where she is incredibly stressed, although this varies in terms of what levels qualify as stressed enough for a smoke, she isn't taking whatever else other substance, and she feels once she is completely off anything harder, she can then work on stopping smoking. An approach she refers to as the 'lesser evil' method. 

⭐ Asami has almost no psychical objects of her former life, most being lost in transit, stolen by others, or destroyed by the likes of the police in the period of time when she was unhoused. The only thing that she does still have is a slightly worn polaroid picture of her and her sister that was taken roughly a month before she was kicked out. While carried out in a wallet, everything else in that wallet, including the wallet itself, has been lost but she has done everything she can to keep that picture with her no matter what.

⭐ Asami, when she was unhoused, developed a skill for repairing and maintaining things. This was due to a combination of keeping things of hers working to jerry rigging solutions to problems she encountered, to occasionally tips and tricks she learned while she worked the occasional manual labor job to make a bit of money. She keeps these skills refined even without the worry of being without her home, currently, because of just that. She believes there is always the risk of being unhoused again for any number of reasons and as such doesn't want to be as unprepared as when she left home; mostly out of a desire to not have to repeat the things that kept her alive before she reached her current point. 

⭐ Asami, has managed to not only make, but keep making a profit on the bar since she was given it. Before then, while not drastically, it was steadily losing money over time and was on the edge of going bankrupt before she took over. However, she is careful not to let her business choices or her profits get to her head mostly because she knows part of the reason why she has any customers is in part because it is a limited market and the second that any competitor decides to compete with her she could lose a sizeable amount of her customers and if she goes too far as to where they could easily undercut her while still turning an initial profit? She'd lose them all.

⭐ Asami keeps multiple weapons near her person both in the bar and her home above it. In places only she knows about or could easily access, with the most notable being a baseball bat which, when it isn't behind the bar with her, is by the front door of her home when the bar is closed. While the security is partly born from paranoia, and she knows it, she also has multiple reasons to be concerned about her safety and well-being.
