- Lizardfolk who recently stationed himself in Otari. Duration of his stay is unknown.
- Clear indicators of criminal past, but forgivable for now.
- Looks intimidating and knows it. Tries to use it in any situation where he feels like he needs the upper hand
- Speaks with as little words as possible. Unsure if this is because of lack of intelligence, or lack of personality
- Does not have a place to stay, and is reluctant to pay for an inn.
-Doesn't like being small.
-Needs around 5000 Gold Pieces.
Daggon would like to hate Haspar. He would like to want Haspar to go away. Unfortunately, he is a man (lizard thing) who respects talent and ability where he finds it, and it has come to his unavoidable attention that Haspar is damn good at what he does. In fact, when Daggon has a problem and fears what the doc might say/think, Haspar is the person he turns to. He has even found himself considering whether Haspar might be able to assist with a major problem he has. But of course, that's ludicrous and immediately dismissed every single time. Except maybe...?
- Extraordinary doctor, capable of fixing great injuries in harsh circumstances.
- Has tons of battle experience.
- Seems to have a confusing relationship with the deity Gozrah.
- Stoic and serious, but also kind and giving.
- Doesn't ask unneeded questions, which is greatly appreciated.
- A fleshchild with a lot of strength.
- Has been a subject of worthless controversy in town because of his species.
- Shows regular child behaviour. Could be forgiven and even commended for his curious and reckless behaviour.
- Fear of corpses. The reason why is unclear.
- Is adamant on helping out, even if his caregivers do not agree with him. Have to help him out, but need to stay at a distance. Terminate relationship when the situation becomes too dangerous.
Oh, the Detective! Such a helpful, young man! ... Bit aggressive, too blunt maybe! Irys has slightly mixed feeling about Haspar, but definitely on the positive side. Even if their temperaments clash sometimes... And it feels like he's trying to appear older than he really is. But she can't deny he's knowledgeable, in many fields! AND a man of the law, obviously. And willing to lend her his soft scarf (as a seat) anytime. Well-mannered... just over-eager.
- Forest Spirit. Is capable of using magic and seems to be well-versed in its fighting capabilities.
- Can be awfully annoying with her diva-like temper, but means well. This temper can be quite of use from time to time, as long as she is on the same side.
- Is not used to societal norms, but seems to adjust well, despite her size and looks.
- Has a habit of relying on others for transport (e.g. sitting in Dr. Van Heusten's hat, cuddling up in my scarf), which is...fine.
Rook is a BIRD BUT THEY ALSO HAVE A BIGGER BIRD AND THAT'S COOL. They seem to love their pet bird so much! It truly makes Quarck feel blessed. Philomena must be watching over them. But also HAVE YOU SEEN WHAT THEY CAN DO? THEY CAN DEFEAT EVEN THE STRONGEST OF FOES! IT'S LIKE A LEGENDARY HERO STANDING ON TOP OF A MOUNTAIN WITH A HUGE BIRD ON THEIR HEAD.
Quarck's gonna start a bird fanclub.
Wkurz is cool, but also very like, how you call it...uhhh...royal...looking??? He seems to know what he's doing! And he's SUPER strong! He can do AMAZING spells that destroy the enemy! Also he's SUPER smart! He basically did all the work when the two were figuring out what the magical items they found could actually do. So yeah he's a PERFECT addition to the crew!
A mage, like himself! Great - Wkurz is sure they can both benefit from observing one another. ...Although he's sure Quarck has much less experience than him - he's got magic in his blood since the very beginning and only needed a little nudge to unleash it, and Quarck seems more interested in people than magic anyway. Not that that's a bad thing or anything.
Skein is mysterious and therefore very very COOL. It did take him a while to get accustomed to her (normally people are always very easy on him) but if you hand her over some money and ask Philomena for some help, she'll probably help out just like anyone else! And that makes her a nice person! Quarck will help her with FREEING THE INNOCENT FROM THE CLUTCHES OF THE HIGHER UPS WITH LOTS OF GOLD!...once he figures out what that actually means...
It's been a long day without u my fren,
But I'll tell u all about it when I see u agin.
Norrin may find Adeo a bit strict and aggressive, there's a lot of worth in him nonetheless. Sometimes he actually thinks to himself that Adeo might be the ideal to strive for in life, especially now that he has seen him talk about his brother with such endearment.
Adeo is very smart! Though he seems to lack wiseness sometimes, which is weird for Norrin to say as the most unwise creature in the land. For Norrin it's legitimately scary to see Adeo, who always manages to bring Norrin back to earth, being angered to extreme levels. It worries him to see a figure as Adeodat being so stressed out by the turmoils this adventure is giving him. Especially for him, Norrin hopes this adventure is close to an end, and they can return home to an actual home, even if his jealousy would like to keep him with him forever.
Adeo's opinion of Norrin hasn't changed that much over the trials, in fact the halfling continues to strengthen *some* points about him in Adeo's eyes. He's openly annoying, speaks his mind even on the dumbest ideas he might have, and doesn't hesitate to say he's not a fan of some opinions. He's not the smartest (although definitely not stupid), but he's honest. He still wants everyone to get along, although there's been times when Norrin's chaotic energy stirred conflict up further instead of calming it. But he was there for Sathe when Adeo couldn't bear looking at the elf for too long, and even though he dislikes his past "family", he wouldn't let unneeded harm fall onto them. He can wreak havoc and harm when needed, and then he can appease people with a smile and a joke, despite his sometimes offputting behaviour. He's even willing to receive harm *for* other people. ...Even when it's not entirely needed. He could've spared the party that mini heart attack of falling into an entire vat of bleach. ...Still, though.
Despite how hard it was, he gave up his family's lifestyle and turned away from them, just because it was the right thing to do. That alone shows that even though the halfling might not seem it, he's stronger than your average adventurer, and maybe he doesn't show it, but Adeo genuinely admires that quality of his. Sometimes it gets to the point where Adeo feels his heart clench a bit as he observes the halfling. It's just that Norrin reminds him of Simon more and more each day - and often even of Adeo's own, cynical younger self.
