What role would the above OC play in a video game?

Just as the title says, this is a game where you take a look at the oc above your post and come up with the role they might play in a video game!

Here are a few things to remember while you're playing:

  • I shouldn't have to say this more than once, but please be respectful of one another.
  • Put some effort into what you're going to say. I'm sure that the other person will appreciate it!
  • If you're going to write something rather long, you may want to claim the post above you, just in case.
  • You can post once for every other three posts. If the thread hasn't moved in 24 hours, you may post before this.
  • NEW ** As of February 27th, please be sure to write more than one sentence. We want to see your imagination run!
  • NEW ** Also as of February 27th, make sure to give the character's profile a read - it helps in forming your assumption of their role! It also shows that you've thought about your answer, and everyone appreciates it. If there isn't anything to their profile and they merely have visuals, disregard this. :)

But how do I play?

  • Though this game might seem somewhat difficult, it's actually quite the opposite!
  • All you have to do is look at the above oc and come up with their role in a video game.
  • Here are some questions you might want to ask yourself if you're stumped: "Are they a protagonist, antagonist, NPC, boss, party member, etc? What genre of video game might they belong in? Do they have any particular movesets? Do they serve a special purpose? Do they do something special in-game?"

Here's an example:

  • Person 1: What kind of video game character would characterA be?
  • Person 2: They look really buff and strong-willed, so they might be the protagonist! I could see them in some fantasy setting, like a noble knight trying to save a princess or something? They look like they could carry around really heavy weapons, and can pack a punch, so I'd say they're the heavy-hitter of the team.

Hmmm if its urban fantasy I say a semi-supporting character? Like the kind of npc that will help you out now and then but honestly seems like their only doing it out of good will/benefit? I dont really see them as a antagonist too much but that role might fit somewhat

ooo i'd say a cleric-type party member in some kind of high fantasy setting? i'm getting that white mage final fantasy vibe. also probably is the motherly, caring member of the cast who additionally has a lot of power !!

Haruka spacecadet

Some sort of powerful wizard- the one reluctant to help the others because they're acting dumb haha.

 Inku/Splash -Alex-

Maybe a party member who focuses on attacking in a fantasy/si-fi-ish game?

Mercury spacecadet

The unintentional, misunderstood villain tbh. It just wants to be loved, and it's thirst for love has gotten out of hand- thus, the villain.

Robi Tribal CaptainRobi

Someone who would be a companian for like space hero. I dunno.

Nathan is one of the many potential love interests in the dating simulator video game. He wouldn't be the prince, but he'd be the fan favorite, with his calm demeanor and talent with the piano. His dates would also be very cute, but it'd be hard to pick the right things to talk to him about and win his full love.

Now, if we were to take a Persona route, however, he would be a Social Link, definitely. Probably Temperance for his patience, or Star. By leveling up the Social Link the protag would learn about Nathan's talent in both medicine and piano, along with his family issues and how he's become who he is today.

Jack would be a mafia boss character, one that seems almost impossible to defeat and would make you have to get up and walk away from the game for awhile, only to have you lose more and more again.
once defeated, he actually seems more of a weaker character than before, and would end up in alliegance with the player, as he seems to have a softer side. in the end, he would make an amazing friend, and would get embarrassed every time the player brought up the battle- it was the first time he lost. he doesnt like losing.

Shamrock would either be a really, really intimidating boss, or they would be an important character that gives you a quest. Probably has henchmen who deal a lot of damage for him. You really can't beat him without taking down the minions, first. Before you fight him, you see cut-scene of him killing off a ton of minor characters like the beast he is.

I can see Fenris as more of an.... anti hero type character? Not a protagonist/hero or a villain/antagonist. Alternatively he could be a really important character who stays behind the scenes for a long while, only appearing as a silhouette at times.
