Q97. Which OC of yours is the most innocent?
Hm... the first one that comes to mind is Reka. She's a little girl, has a good heart and a strong moral compass, and she goes off on a grand quest to save her parents because it's the right thing and thinks nothing of the danger or consequences. Perhaps she's a bit naive, but even seeing some horrible things on the quest just seems to make her more diligent. She does understand the evils of the world though, since her parents met combatting the prime antagonists of their world, but it doesn't seem to make her jaded or cynical at all. And she can communicate with spirits, so even the concept of death doesn't particularly scare her. However, she's of course never been exposed to it directly, so I suppose she's still very innocent about the whole world despite being rather educated on the darker parts of it. Basically her parents are super cool soldiers of justice and fight off all the bad guys, and she wants to be just like that... even though it entails a lot of awful stuff along the way. ^^;
Q98. How many OCs do you have in total?
Well, my incomplete Toyhouse says 227, my not quite updated spreadsheet says 758, and all my Charahub accounts say roughly 800 (but the dang site is down so I can't exactly count), but even those accounts don't have everyone. ^^;
Q99. Which OC of yours is the most like you?
I'd say a combo of all my personas have certain bits and pieces of my personality down pretty well. Nicole is pretty much a clumsier version of 7th grade me, and although a lot of basic things are still the same, I'm definitely not as innocent and self conscious as she is, since age tends to do that to people. But I'm still a nerd, try to be kind and compassionate, am a bit of a spaz about certain things, have trouble initiating conversation with others... all that jazz. Some things never change. :P Demi still perfectly represents my chaotic part of my brain that has no filters or censors, no regard for being PC, and just embodies the first thoughts that always pop into my head before I can slap it down for something more... publically acceptable. XD Anatola is my classy, refined, but condescending and angry half that I wish could rain down her wrath on everything that irritates me. Tippy is my brainy, calculating, and somewhat cold hearted part that is extremely sarcastic, cynical, private, and anti-social. Kia is my loud, childish, video game loving, dorky part that never seems to grow up. And Katako is that quiet, reserved, polite, but confident part that I seem to be resembling more in public while here at school.
Q100. Who was your very first OC? If not the same character, who's the earliest OC you created that you still have?
Excluding a buttload of stories I used to write about turkeys when I was in 2nd grade, I'd say my first OC was Mara. I've told the story about my mega-mashup fanfiction of Kirby in a Zelda like world with Pokemon royalty and Starfox styled villian here before, and while a handfull of the important characters were based on Nintendo characters, Mara was the first original one to come out of the story, closely followed by a handful of others such as Daven being Warfox, the bad guy that crash lands on their planet and spontaneously decides to take over it, Kira being the mother of Kirby (who was later changed into Mac), and some others that don't have profiles yet. Technically Mac might be the first since he was basically an altered version of Kirby personality-wise despite being the same character, but I didn't make design changes and whatnot until years later. Mara on the other hand was original right off the bat as Kirby's best friend and partner on this grand adventure to save the world. And other than changing from a puffball person to an elf, she honestly hasn't changed much. She's still got the same blond hair, the same confrontational and arrogant personality, the same competitive spirit, the self-proclaimed savior of the planet alongside her partner afterwards... She was a pretty solid and independent character even from the start, and of course the only changes made later were design relevant and basically rounding her out as a character... despite the fact she went from a round character to a non-round one. OH HO HO THAT'S A TERRIBLE PUN HYUCK YUCK YUCK
...My Demi half of my brain is telling me to make profiles for my turkeys but my sensible half is saying NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WE'RE NOT GOING DOWN THAT PITFALL INTO DEEPER INSANITY
