Q22. Which of your OCs is the shyest?
My darling Jasper is painfully shy, to the point where he'll cry and run away from any strangers that try and speak to him. He'll often hide behind his friends in social situations, but even then if too much attention is given to him he'll flee. Even when talking to his closest friends he's very uncertain about his words and gets overly apologetic if he feels he's said something wrong. His band mates, Conner and Lee, are very delicate when talking to him, so he's very affectionate with them. Their other band mate, Shank, is a bit more rough around the edges and struggles to not say things that'll make him cry, but Jazz is very quick to forgive him. His shyness and overly social anxiety stems from lack of socializing during his childhood and severe abuse from his mother. He always feels that anything he does might be wrong and lead to punishment, so his friends have been slowly easing him out of that and warming him up to more normal interactions with other people. Still has a long way to go though...
Diana is very shy around strangers or even acquaintances, and she'll pretty much never initiate conversation with anyone. She's certainly not shy if she starts falling for you though, but if that happens you might want to run while you still can. Marlex here is rather timid and will not speak to anyone he doesn't know. He tends to let Caltharsis do all the necessary talking, and Marlex doesn't even like being seen by other people unless he takes the time to stake out the situation and get a handle on every variable of his surroundings before making a cautious approach. He's a little braver when with Caltharsis, but he still is always a silent follower and only speaks to him when they are alone. Turul here is somewhat similar in the sense that he lets his twin sister do all the talking. The main difference is that Turul is not shy about physically asserting himself, standing up for people he cares about, or getting into fights. If you try to talk to him though, he will simply not respond. He's very introverted and anti-social, and he needs to take breaks for social situations otherwise his mental state will deteriorate. He comes off as very shy with his girlfriend though, since he's not good with socializing in the least and has trouble expressing himself to her since he dislikes the vulnerability it seems to bring. He especially doesn't like making eye contact, but if he does make eye contact with you for a long time, you can assume he wants to punch you in the face. Otherwise he finds it extremely uncomfortable.
