S24. What kind of sleeper is your lion? What position do they sleep in? How do they usually wake up? Are they a heavy or light sleeper? When do they usually sleep?

Fantom is the type of lion that’s energetic and active whenever ona mission, but lazy when there is nothing exciting going on. He likes to sleep during the day especially around noon, when the sun is high on the sky and the temperature becomes unbearably high. With his dark pelt he prefers to wait it out in a nice shaded place. He becomes more active during the night, but since adopting Lasan he’s been spending more nights sleeping by the cub’s side.

He prefers to lie on his side or on his back with the belly exposed. It’s a position in which most lions feel defenceless and will only sleep in when in a safe area and around those they trust, but Fantom will sleep like that anywhere. Whether it’s because he feels safe no matter where he is and who he’s with or for a different reason remains unknown. It might be connected to his special ability - Time Matter - which allows him to move at incredible speed. Perhaps he feels that he can outrun any threat.

He won’t be picky about where he sleeps, but will always favour soft spots over any other. He’s not a fan of very how places and will choose to lie down in am area with some fresh breeze passing or by a body of water, where the air is clean and cool. He also loves to cuddle. Mostly with his partner and cub, but he won’t pass an opportunity to join Moe’s cuddle pile.
