Rikuto

the big, tough gatekeeper of the nakanishi household. rikuto is incredibly feral by nature, and as such, his seal is weak — when not on the palace’s grounds, rikuto reverts to his original form, that of an aggressive, stalking predator. even as a humanoid, he retains many of his wolfish traits. though really, at this point, he’s more of a grumpy old dog. he served in the war, and like most people in the house, he has grown... lethargic. at this point, you have to roll him where he needs to be, to get him to do anything. maybe food will motivate him, he’s pretty simple.
though one of the more intimidating people in the house, he’s actually a very calm-mannered, understanding person, and is always willing to lend an ear if he knows you well enough. while he’s not the most patient, he still cares a great deal for his loved ones, and is highly protective. this is more often than not one-sided, he’s rather closed off to the outside world, and doesn’t like to share much about himself. he bares his fangs at anything even mildly threatening. this includes somebody coming up to him to ask him how he’s doing.
