Physical Description
- Tall, thick, buff shark
- Around 7' tall. Significantly taller than her captain, Bones. Still shorter than Gutt.
- Wide neck, big head, made out of muscle in general
- Very long dorsal and caudal fins
- Five gill slits along her sides
- Clawed fingers and toes, pectoral fins on elbows
- Has rows of teeth like an actual shark, is capable of opening her mouth very very wide
- Dark glossy eyes, can be drawn with or without eyelashes

Personality
- Gruff. Blunt. Does not mince words.
- Stickler for order. Follows Bones's instructions to a T.
- Bones has to take extra care to use precise language with Zara, because she's been known to take things too literally

Likes
- Stormy nights. Likes seeing the ocean whipped up into a fury. It makes her a bit manic.
- She has no fear of drowning, naturally. Her only ocean-related fear is of being dashed against solid objects, like rocks or ship debris.

- Gutt. He's a nasty bully who makes things miserable because he can. Zara sees him as an overgrown child torturing his pets for fun, and she holds zero respect for him.

- For context: Captain Bones sometimes tries to intimidate Gutt by yelling about his taste for squid. One of those times Zara happened to be hungry, and she found herself drooling over the thought of calamari. Now she has intrusive thoughts about literally taking a bite out of Gutt. Thanks a lot, Captain.

Personal Info
- Needs to go overboard and swim on regular occasions. Gets cabin fever from being cooped up otherwise.
- Being stuck on a ship with no access to water makes her more irritable and destructive, and way less productive. Bones just lets her take extra-long lunch breaks so she can fuck around in the ocean and then return with renewed energy.
