When one guy (especially one of the ones that's less than stellar at an instrument but is convinced he's perfect) just parks at one instrument and makes a huge racket for an inordinate amount of time

- Also, other people might want to test that out but they can't because someone has been trying to impress everyone with how well he knows "Roxanne" by The Police for the last twenty minutes
