Briar

About

Briar is quiet by nature with a vaguely judgy resting face. She comes off as standoffish or snooty, but she's just an introvert who doesn't have a lot to say. She has a creative streak a mile long, and she DIYs everything she can. A hot glue addict for real. She loves making and collecting quirky little organizers for all her craft-related bits and bobs. Everything has a place, and Briar makes sure everything is IN its place. Losing something by putting it in the wrong spot is a mortal fear of hers.

Briar works at Thief's artsy antiques store (dust mite allergy be damned). Thief trusts her eclectic taste in décor and design, so he lets her decide how pieces should be displayed. She's why the store's interior looks like an art installation, and she's rightfully proud of it. Her favorite part of the store, besides the displays, is the nice old folks who come in to reminisce. They're always interesting to listen to. And much more pleasant than the rowdy kids who get dragged in by their parents and immediately start touching everything.

Briar is covered in slender, wispy feathers. They look like hair from a distance, but the texture is very different - the feathers are downy and nearly weightless.
