Profile

Indigo grew up on a tidally locked planet, which means that the planet rotates around the sun at the same rate as it rotates on its axis, like Earth's moon. One side of the planet is a scalding desert because it's always facing the sun and the other side is anย icy wasteland because it's always in darkness. There's a thin strip of twilight encircling the planet, creating an inhabitable zone, and this is where the Colours live.

She's a hybrid: her mother was a Blue and her father was a Purple. Indigo grew up living with her father, the stronger of the two,ย so that he could train her to the best of his ability when the time came.

Indigo had to flee the planet when her home town was raided by a massive faction of Blues. She now wanders around space in a spaceship cobbled together from broken pieces of other ships, trading (and stealing) things to survive.

She knows a lot about survival tactics but has incredibly poor social skills. She has no concept of "other people's property" and is a kleptomaniac. She's gathered a massive collection of trinkets, most of them stolen.

She teleports by "flickering" and for less than a millisecond, it appears as if there's two versions of her - one where she was and the other where she's going. She can flicker parts of her body to confuse and disorient people, because it appears as if she's glitching somehow. If she constantly flickers between one point and another, she's nearly impossible to attack because technically she isn't there.

Her weapons are throwing knives, but she can also use them as regular knives.

Indigo doesn't call herself by her number, she calls herself Indigo (or Indy). She never uses her number because she was numbered (like "named" but with numbers) after a great leader of her village who passed away shortly before she was born. Her number reminds her that she didn't and never will live up to the tribe's expectations.
