The Mayor of Neo Oldesville.
Is he... is he an actual hand puppet??? As in, a real hand uppet, being controlled? Why does everyone in town act like this is completely normal and acceptable?! Whose controlling him behind the podium??? It's not like he's a sentient Mask or Mannequin like Columbo and Mannie. He's an actual cloth puppet that everyone has accepted to be the Mayor.
I mean, on the other hand, he did give me my license to drive in city [even if it was revoked almost immediately, why do they only allow up to 50mph? That's so slow] as well as my private eye license, and I can certainly say that I agree with many of his policies. The city of New Oldesville is certainly a prosperous place and appears to be doing quite well, especially since the installation of their very own clean energy grid. I guess everyone's just complicit to the mayor being a puppet because of how few issues they have? Still...it's really weird to talk to him, since you can't really tell if its the puppet talking... or a voice coming from behind the podium.

- Has been the Mayor for the last 15 years. Not sure how he keeps getting reelected, but apparently he's doing a pretty good job.
- Loves tennis, but is never seen playing. He'll talk for hours to you about it but no one's actually seen him play. Maybe he's just a fan?
- Is completely unfazed by anything strange. Which, given the circumstances, is a good thing. He does, however, find some of my more off the wall cases to be annoying, simply because it means more paperwork for his office once I do capture the perps.
- Frequently joins Agatha's tea parties. They seem to be friends.
- Works closely with Wicke Charities run by Glimmer Wicke, which is where a lot of funding for city improvement projects comes from.
