Magic is mostly limited to non-humans, exorcists and spell practitioners or those bound to supernatural beings.

Fantastical beings, creatures and kemonomimis are almost non-existant with the exception of beast demons or yokai but even then they are rare. Only some supernatural beings can travel between realms.
