1. The Wondersnatch wanders the Hallowed Forest looking for prey. Said prey are the cute creachers that wander too deep and will find themselves eaten and their "cute" pelts added to the coat the wondersnatch wears on its back.

2. Its coat functions as a disguise as the creacher comes out of the deeper parts of the forest and mingles with the creachers unaware of its sinister nature. It takes its pick of who it wishes to add to it's coat and proceeds to stalk them until they can be picked off without much fanfare.

3. The Wondersnatch is known to attack Mahous. It's a quiet creacher and will stalk a person for miles, attacking once the target is isolated. A Mahou can ward off a Wondersnatch by offering it cute trinkets and escaping as it assesses it to put in its coat. However, it is ill-advised to deck yourself out in trinkets as it will see your coat as better than its own and will want it for itself.

4. Wondersnatches are fiercely competitive in their coats. So much so, they congregate under a full moon to compare their coats. The congregation starts trends amongst the creachers, how these trends are determined is mystifying, but it does cause an increase in specific creachers being hunted to match the current coat trends

5. If it finds something to not be cute, it will leave it alone in a "I don't want to be seen with that" kind of way. That is, until the perpetrator enters its personal space! In that case, it attacks mercilessly.

6. Wondersnatches are marsupials and hold their babies in their pouches on their tummy.

7. There is a debate that the Wondersnatch is the ancestor of KleptinisOther researchers argue it's an ancestor of the SneddyOpinions are very divided!
