ABOUT
"With Bodies made of fabric, Mimicrows are known to scavenge out of sight, in the treetops with only their caws to give them away. Be wary of grudges from a Mimicrow as they will never let you forget it."
TRIVIA
1. While almost entirely monochrome, the Mimicrows like to decorate themselves with frilly pastel collars. These collars are made of a ruffled fabric that they either make themselves or find.2. The markings on their "beaks" often resemble face paint/make up and their tails are usually the only things that are have variation of the usual black fabric that make up their bodies.
3.- Often heard before seen, either by their: caws, tippy taps of their feet or the woosh of their fabric wings.
4. Mimicrows can fly easily, but are often seen "parachuting" down from the tree tops with their cloth-like bodies.
5. Unless provoked, they are harmless to anyone that are not DarlindosorOhhdears from the get go. Researchers suspect that a Darlindo and Mimicrow has a previous conflict and the creachers capacity to hold a grudge has made them rivals.
6.A creacher that knows how to hold a grudge as a group, once slighted they will never forget. If not reconciled at any point, these grudges are not only dangerous but spread to Mimicrow flocks, even if the slighted Mimicrow isn't present.
7. Always attack in large groups, often blotting out any light when overhead. The danger is from the sheer number of them, they might be made of cloth but enough of them swarm you and it'd be a weighted blanket that's over your head and also has some very pointy beaks.
8. Can easily be distracted by anything shiny, if the shiny is on your person they might try snagging it.
9. Mimicrow take on the lifestyle of scavengers. They are intelligent and will "trade" finding other things for shiny items. I could see them existing to be used to find things. A sort of Lost and Found creacher. They find items and bring them to their nests, then if you want the item back you either trade with the shiny thing (or gotta swipe it when they aren't looking and aren't afraid of a few bites/pecks and a long lasting grudge.)
10. They attack by pecking with their beaks mostly. (They also bite, and it's far worse than their pecks.) But have been known to attempt to smother someone with their fabric feathers.
