Physical Description 

• Tall griff with giant clawed arms, built like a Stand user
• Keeps his feathers shiny and preened, sharpens his claws religiously
• His stripes are thicker on his upper torso and narrower on his legs and tail
  • if you're drawing him, don't worry about precise stripe placement - it's random
• Usually has a stern expression on his face
• His head/neck is bald save for his mane, and his skin is pretty loose and wrinkly there

Personality 

• Prideful.  Takes himself and everything he does seriously.
• Easily irritated by disrespect. He doesn't like being sassed or feeling like his time is being wasted.
• Driven and dedicated.  Takes too much pride in his own work to do things halfway.
  • He doesn't want to attach his name to anything if it's not done well.  And he does want to take credit for his work.
• Cold, but not antagonistic.  He doesn't insult or demean people, but he doesn't exactly give off approachable vibes.
• He's not actually as much of a hardass as he looks. He's pretty lenient and forgiving with the people he works with - he especially has a soft spot for struggling genderqueer folks.

Personal Info 

• Indebted to Abattoir, loyal to a fault.  Doesn't always agree with him, but is too attached to him to betray him.
  • Lord Abattoir's magic gave him the physique he'd dreamed of and cleared up all his dysphoria and dysmorphia in the process. Vex has no idea how he could possibly repay such a favor.
  • Vex also appreciates that Abattoir can take criticism and acts like a mature adult when his subordinates disagree with him. The bar may be low, but he's had bosses in the past who failed to meet it.
• Lawful Evil.  Willing to commit atrocities at Abattoir's command.
  • ...within reason.  There are things Vex will not do.  Abattoir is aware of this, and he needs those things done, he won't ask Vex.
  • Vex considers himself moral and honorable, but his values are twisted.
