Ikuyo Mamitsuka

Ikuyo Mamitsuka has spent much of her life working at her family's orchard, actively working to improve crop yield rather than remaining satisfied with the current production. Over the years, she's innovated a way to graft trees with a much higher rate of success, culminating in her "Frankentree" in Shin-Osaka, a selection of stone fruit branches grafted to a peach tree. Ikuyo has since received many more requests for frankentrees, and although she's surprised at the popularity, she's remained remarkably good-natured about all of the extra work - so long as she's being fairly compensated, of course.

By this point, you’re probably wondering if this cast has even one character who’s just indisputably good. That’d be Ikuyo. She does her best to be a stabilizing force in the group, but goes beyond that to actively care for the people in the group. Which isn’t a role she minds, but it sure is one she wishes was more appreciated, especially when people brush off her ideas. She’s very upright in her morals, and is the only nice person here. Please save her.
