Despite Carrie being the daughter of one of Maya's targets of assassination, she can't help but feel a bit sorry for the kid as Carrie is obviously the only normal girl in a family of chaos. If Maya wasn't trying to kill her mom, she'd probably build up a friendship with the teen.
Kyoko likes Ami quite a bit. While she loves her adoptive family dearly, Ami seems like a really cool guy to Kyoko and reminds her a lot of herself in a strange sort of way, despite Ami being an adult. She's fully aware of how manipulative and sly Ami is and wishes she could be more like the guy; unfortunately, Kyoko is an extremely open, if slighty creepy, book.
Ami really, really wishes that Kyoko was Aesop's biological child instead of adoptive as he is fascinated by her. She is the only genuine PPS kiamara that Ami knows and for somebody who works so hard to put on a childlike persona, the idea of actually being a child after being 30+ years old would make things a whole lot easier on Ami. Plus, Kyoko looks cute but is actually interested in a lot of creepy shit which makes Ami like her even more. If she wasn't part of Aesop's family, he'd probably count her among his small circle of actually trusted friends.
When Ami first showed up at the doorstep to meet Fable, Aesop told her to stay away from him very quickly. Of course, for a naive little girl like Fable that kind of statement makes hanging out with a stranger even more enticing. Fable finds Ami rather adorable and nice, and loves how much interest he takes in her stuffed animal collection. While she knows that he does want her to leave with him to join their bigger-scale family, she told him from the get-go that she didn't want to do that and since he hasn't seemed to push the issue she enjoys hanging out with him quite a bit.
While Aesop may be estranged from the family, that doesn't mean that his entire genetic line is discredited. As Ami is a loyal part of his family, he has been sent out to see if he can recruit Fable, Aesop's daughter, for the family business several times. Fable shows no interest in being a butler, however, and as Ami doesn't really think she has what it takes himself he spends most of his 'recruiting' time catching butterflies with her and looking at her stuffed animal collection.
Aesop is kind of scared of Ami, mainly because he knows that Ami is interested in recruiting his daughter for the family business which Aesop so vehemently left. However, he can't help but find Ami to be extremely nice and soft-hearted, and despite his better nature is tentatively not stopping Ami and Fable's growing friendship as he feels that Ami could be the nice uncle that Fable could never have.
Ami and Aesop are distantly related and both part of the same family known for producing top-quality butlers and servants. However, as Aesop is estranged from the family, Ami doesn't have much contact with the guy as he's technically not allowed to talk to the guy. Besides, Ami finds Aesop's suburban life rather boring.
Maya has been trying to kill Rosie for like... five years, now? Six? She's not really sure. While Maya's original contract to kill Rosie was called off only a month in due to Rosie's brother Solace making a deal with Maya's employer, she knows that Rosie knows what Maya's face looks like now which is a pretty big risk. However, Maya has bigger fish to fry so her attempts to off Rosie are halfhearted at best.
Maya and Ami are actually extremely close friends, although they like to keep their friendship secretive due to the sensitive nature of Maya's work. Both of them feel that the other is among a very small circle of people they can trust.
While Ami had often seen Maya at various elegant dances and dinners before, the two only really became friends after he caught Maya attempting to murder one of his employers' friends on Christmas Eve. (Great friendship opportunity, amirite?) While most rational people would turn an assassin in, Ami's curiosity was piqued by Maya and the two quickly realized that they were both holding up false 'personas' over their true identities. Ami feels that Maya is one of the only people he can truly be himself around, and vice versa. However, their friendship must be kept a secret as either could easily be used as a bargaining tool for the other if word got out.
Faith is both frustrated and fascinated with Calin's power, and spends a lot of time with Calin in the hopes that she'll eventually be able to figure out a logical explanation behind it.
While Calin knows that Faith is only really interested in them because of their power, Calin does appreciate the company and 'friendship' even if most of it involves being tested on.
After being attacked in the desert by a strange robot, Rosie tracked down Pepper as its creator, initially thinking Pepper would be some kind of malevolent mastermind. As it turned out, Pepper didn't even know that her robots were being used as war robots, but she was interested in it nonetheless. The two started a weird relationship and ended up dating quite closely despite their difference. Pepper is now traveling the country with Rosie as her robots are capable of keeping up the cafe on their own.

Cosmia is Sakurai's mom, and probably Saku's biggest role model despite her eccentricity.
Solace and Wolfe grew up as neighbors and consider themselves friends, although after an awkward breakup after they dated in high school it's still a little awkward for them.
