October Prompts

Sami chuckles. "When I find you~" they murmur in a sing-songy voice, "when I find you we will have some FUN." They punctuate the last word with a slash of a blade through some bushes before cackling again. They creep further through the brush, the only sounds aside from their laughter and the rustle of leaves, were the squeaks from their oversized shoes. Trudging through the plants more and coming into a  clearing, they grumble with frustration. "Where are you little kitty? I'm usually all for playing games, but I'm getting tired of all this hide and seek. I'm tired of being it." They huff and lean against a tree, their multi-colored wig immediately clings to the bark of the tree. "If I say you win, will you come out, little kitty cat? I want to play a different game."

Just on the other side of the tree, cuddled close to the trunk, Trystan holds in a sob. His hands shake so hard he just knows this freak of a clown was going to hear his shell rattle. His other hand tangles in his chains trying to keep them still. The huff Sami made sends shoots of panic through every fiber of his being. A winged tail flicks so close to his face he is sure the tip of a feather grazed his nose. He can't help but whimper and Sami whips around. 

"Oh there you are sweet little puss~" they practically purr as Trystan tries to scramble away desperately. "You hid so well! If you had stayed quiet I probably wouldn't have found you." They chuckle as Trystan lets out a sob, no longer able to hold them back.

Sami leans down with a wide and toothy grin. They stretch out a clawed finger and boop Trystan's nose. "You're it."
