22. Movie Marathon - 16. Slasher Flick

Greene jumps into the living room with an arm full of tapes and dvd cases. “Who’s ready for a SLASHER MARATHON BOIS!!” Grymm and Cronas cheer uproariously, clinking bottles and hoisting pizza. He tosses in the first tape and then flops between his buddies on the couch. Grymm passes him an open bottle and the three get comfortable against each other. Enjoying their food and company.

Halfway through the first movie Greene yawns. “Man no offense to who picked this one, but oof. Talk about Per Dict Able.”

Cronas snorts, trying to hide his laughter. The Nunuke had suspected that something like this was going to happen.

Grymm grunts and sits up to look Greene face on. “What are you talking about? This is a classic! This is the first one to do all those things! Yo, shut the fuck up. You don’t know what you're talking about.”

“I know enough to recognize a series of already overworked tropes when its flashing horribly fake blood in my face.” Green crosses his arms. “Don’t get all in my face about this Grymm.”

“It was. Literally. The First Of Its Kind.” Grymm states trying to keep his temper. “It started those tropes! They are tropes because of this movie you dumbass! You should learn to check your dates before you start spouting stupidity.”

“Hey now guys, we are supposed to be having a good evening! No fighting, come on.” Cronas says rest his hands on their shoulders. “Let’s just enjoy them, good and bad. Okay?”

“I can do that if he keeps his mouth shut going forward.” Grymm mutters and sits back against the couch and started tugging on his collar charm, as he usually did when he was agitated.

Cronas nods and looks at Greene. “And you?”

The Auratail shrugged, “Sure, whatever.”

Cronas nods and picks up the remote. “Great! Now let's finish this ‘so bad it's good’ classic!” He also settles back and presses play again.
