Physical Appearance

• Long light blue hair usually worn in a low ponytail
• Light blue eyes
• Medium in height
• Fair skinned, moderately tanned
• Relatively fit with a slim but decent build for an active child
• Missing his right leg from the hip, although he gets a prosthetic later on

Clothing Style

Tommy tends to dress in cooler colors that are gentle to the eye rather than anything overly bright or vibrant. His favorite colors are blues, greens, grays, and purples, and he never really dresses too ornately or fashionably. He tends to stick to t-shirts, sweaters, or turtlenecks depending on the weather, and he most often wears jeans and practical/casual footwear. He doesn't like going too far out of his comfort zone with his clothing, so his style is mostly modest and safe. Since he is missing a leg, it is likely the leg of whatever pants he is wearing will either be cropped, rolled up, or knotted to shorten the extra material if he is not using his prosthetic.

Personality

Tommy is an optimistic and level headed man stuck in his twelve year old form after death, and he comes off as a rather friendly and helpful ghost who is still young at heart. He has a lot of energy and is eager to see new things, meet new people, and have more experiences. He rarely lingers on negativity or hardship for too long, and he has a very enduring spirit that has the will to continue no matter what. Tommy is down to earth and willing to help others, and he can sympathize with others easily and never judges before getting to know someone. He is naturally considerate toward others and is a responsible and reliable friend/ally, and he does his best to provide whatever support and kindness toward whoever needs it. He can be a touch too trusting at times though and tends to give second chances to even those who probably don't deserve it, but he does have his limits if it affects other people he cares about. He can handle a lot of hardship on his own and has little issue having confidence in himself, and he'll be loyal to those who reciprocate his kindness.

Weaknesses

• Has trouble finding good friends his age considering he still looks like a kid, no matter how "young" he might be at heart
• Relies on his Gost rifting for moving with only one leg, so he's usually unprepared if his rifting is somehow disabled
• A little too trusting and idealistic at times and gets very hurt by betrayals
• Bound to Onakaiya until he undergoes a trial to earn the right to leave, and when he does leave he's very out of touch with the present day world

Backstory

Tommy was born in Onakaiya and was raised around Lake Osa with his mother, father, and later his younger brother, Tyler. Tommy was born with only one leg, but he didn't seem to have too many problems since he spent most of his time swimming, usually with his mother. He was still rather young when they moved to Taliac, so it wasn't too much of a shock to live in a place with less water around. He spent a lot of time with his mother since they both loved the new world, and after his brother learned about the concept of prosthetic limbs, Tyler promised Tommy he'd make him a new leg one day. He, of course, was excited by this possibility and was always encouraging toward his little brother.

However when Tommy was twelve years old, a man broke into their home and shot him dead. He awoke back in Onakaiya as a ghost, confused as to where he was and what had happened to him. After some experimentation with his new abilities, he realized he was a ghost and began to worry about the fate of his family. He spent a great deal of time wandering about until he found Lake Osa and realized he was back in his original home again, yet he had no idea why or how. Unable to find any answers or figure out a way to leave again, he wandered Onakaiya for years. Although he could no longer age, he did manage to train himself to use his Gost rifting effectively enough to become tangible at will.

Eventually he heard about a spiritual fountain hidden in the heart of Onakaiya that connected to the mortal realm, and Tommy thought this could've been one way his family originally left to travel to Taliac. While seeking clues regarding this fountain's location, he encountered a Dyric boy named Kyle who was also from Taliac, yet he was still alive. Tommy decided to accompany Kyle as he seeks out his friends who may have also found their way to Onakaiya, partially in hopes that they can both find their way back to Taliac.

Trivia:
