Damien Schmidt (Icarus) (SafeHaven Deity TrialsConcepts)

I need to organize the text and remove what might repeat itself Concept for one of the paintings in safe haven trial rooms. I will try to add more background. Maybe Rakel deity also fighting? Maybe a army of nightstalkers?? ------------- IF I add nightstalker army being defeated by Icarus/Rakel. I need to add notes about the nightstalker organization will be uncomfortable if any of the mutants are Icarus. (Especially later when Damien kills those other nightstalkers. I can see them be even more uncomfortable that Icarus has reincarnated + has most likely merged with icarus + taken nightstalkers. It might be interesting to explore how they will handle situation.

I bet there are lots of nightstalker art with other deities. but they most likely don't have all the art/whole story?? so if they only have art of icarus fighting haruna deity. They might really hate him and want him gone??

Someone managed to defeat Haruna since she is reincarnating as human as the other deities. it might have been damien/schmidt damily who defeated her. The organization will most likely feel anger/hatred towards the deities who hurt their Nightstalker deity.

And they fear history repeating itself? If Icarus slayed nightstalkers, they fear the reincarnation will impact the organization as well?? Especially if the reincarnation fuse with Icarus and gains more power? ---------------- The trial will most likely be mutants who are descendants of humans who "Icarus" gifted his powers to (since they have Icarus powers) to see if any of them are reincarnation of Icarus or Icarus family. Icarus would want his family to be able to enter it and make sure it was safe for them if they accidently entered it or was forced to enter.

I think maybe the trials are also meant to make sure that the reincarnation/Damien will be mentally and physically ready to handle the power the trial gives??

I keep wondering if it let's Damien get omni energy (when the time is right, which will most likely be in Victor and Tyreks fight. Which might add to damien being confused why he hasn't gotten the omni energy yet?? wonder if the supernatural creature tricked him?) Or it grants damien power to create sentient energy creatures/Spirits IF damien can create sentient creatures. It's safe for him to have it since he doesn't want to use it unless his or his family life really needs it. He fears that if somethine happens to him, what will happen to those creatures. will be be peaceful (yes? Maybe protect his family until they are killed? but he doesnt know that) or will they be destructive?? And damien is most likely confused about the deity. even if the deity told damien he is the reincarnation since he is the only one who survived the trials. he will most likely still not believe it??

so its possible that damien might get the omni power when he acknoledges who he is?? + combined with the things he will experience during the fight, the reality warp, adrenaline + absorbing all kinds of energy. I think there will be different trials and Icarus thing will be the last one. I havent decided if he appears or not. I think I lean on he does?? To grant Damien power?? Or a energy creature has Icarus appearance and the fight is to "unlock" Damiens potential.

IF it is icaruas it's only a piece of Icarus (His soul was split up like Osiris, Selcouth etc) and he lets damien win the trial (but push damien to his limit?)

the trial might be also something simple, giving damien the choice to fuse or not. and damien accept the risk since he wants to help the others. and most likely knows if he doesnt take the power, he is dead anyway.

............ Icarus doesnt want others to get hurt so he has warnings. And I think those trials are meant to make sure that Damien hasnt become corrupted by anyone? Since Icarus doesnt want his powers to be used for bad. And it's also to make sure that damiens body can handle the power?

He also doesnt want people who are power hungry to get his power. The trials are to make sure he has scared people away or that those who dare enter will face the consequences.

It's possible that Safe Haven doesnt have much recordings in those rooms since only specific mutants/reincarnations can enter. They might give contact lenses to those who are about to enter.

I originally thought maybe rakel and damien chose to be humans. they believed by living as humans, they would return as better gods since they will understand humans better. the things they struggle with. And I think they also liked the idea of falling in love again and falling in love with who they are as humans. (I think as gods they still behaved like in honeymoon phase dfsdfd just wanted to clarify their love is strong, and it's because of that bond they wanted to experience more/new things with each other. It's also possible that schmidt left to live as humans. Haruna betrayed the others. and the schmidt came back to take her power away so she wouldn't be able to go after the split forms of the other deities to finish the job.

OR maybe the other gods (my ocs) wanted to join living as humans?? and haruna tok that moment to try and get ridd of other gods?? and rakel and damien might have been the last gods to split souls/weaken themselves, and they were strong enough to

I think i might lean on the people who are in the trials are descendants of humans who icarus gave his power to. maybe they have the same power as damien or different types of powers that icarus has. The trial is meant to see if any of the mutants are icarus reincarnation or descendants of humans who got icaruas powers as a gift. (inspired by amarok who gave a boy strenght)

I think that there is a lot of warnings in those trials. that those who enter who aren't icarus reincarnation or descendants (alex, cyrus) I bet rakel could enter as well since their gods fused together. and are family through marriage. Maybe even that the people who enter has to consent?? Since he wouldn't want those who aren't his reincarnation to enter. Maybe safe haven is threatening to kill the other energy manipulators. so they don't have any choice. ---------

the painting can also be a battle about territory. and one of the reasons harunas betrayed the other gods?? she wasn't able to conquer rakel/dami/twins territory so she wanted to get ridd of them so she has more power/territory

the organization is secretive about nigthstalker art and species being seen. If there is art of icarus/rakel deity defeating the nightstalkers or battling them. It probably is okay since the mutants who enter those trials will be killed. the only who will survive are the reincarnation/damien or family connected to icaruas.

i bet there are lots of other historic paintings and relics of the other deities with haruna's deity/nightstalkers. The question is, if the nightstalker organization has all the art and history? Or pieces of it?? Do they even have the truth about haruna herself??

IF damien (and rakel??) played a role as deities who managed to turn haruna into a deity. It MIGHT be a fun concept about the nighstalker organization not liking icarus and his wife. They fear history repeating itself?? especially since damien later kills at least 2 nightstalkers and destroy the nest. Maybe they hoped that all the mutants who entered the trials would be killed? + then descendants of humans who got icarus powers are gone, since icarus powers are a "kryptonite" to their species. Any fire/energy even rock/magma can take them down. and maybe they also hope none of the mutants are reincarnation.

IF this is canon. its possible they might try to create situations were they try to kill him but also have to be careful so the other scientists doesn't pick up on it. Damien has Vic, Ty, and charlotte (charlotte helps with seeing the future, so she might get visions and can warn the group if there is any murder attempts?? then again, death is very common, so she might get lots of visions and hard for her to differentiate who is in danger at times?? since she might only see who is plotting to harm someone but not see who the scientist is after??
