Next morning Shen Qingqiu approached Gallastus during breakfast before dropping himself to the nearby chair. Gallastus went into full confusion with his sudden change of habit. Curious, Gallastus decided to ask "Fam, are you sick?"
"No I'm not!" Shen Qingqiu answered.
"You acted differently today..." Gallastus replied.
"I'm doing fine, no worries!" Shen Qingqiu immediately replied, as if he's blurting out. The two went into a silent atmosphere for the time being out of the awkwardness in the air before Shen Qingqiu continued "Well, it's about yesterday because I felt really guilty with what I did, I..." Gallastus squinted his eyes before he stopped Shen Qingqiu.
"Look,..." Gallastus started "...I understand but then I believe it happens as you never really step your foot outside during peak days so..."
Shen Qingqiu knew that his childish action was what made him look like an awkward adult but he couldn't help it. He could only nod.
Shen Qingqiu decided to bring Gallastus into a ghost-hunting park hosted by Halloween organisations where guests could take part in "taking down" ghosts and spirits which appeared in many hidden places.
Gallastus' eyes beamed brightly and without skipping a beat he grabbed Shen Qingqiu's hand and dragged him inside.
Gallastus was having fun shooting and catching cardboard ghosts and spirits but occasionally missed those appearing using laser projectors. Gallastus was deemed as one of the highest scores among other visitors. He gave the brightest smile knowing his result.
Shen Qingqiu? Not so much.
He's among the lowest rank as he kept on screaming and had a terrible shot to capture the targets. This somehow amused Gallastus that he laughed real hard. Shen Qingqiu's results are based on him trying to properly target a ghost before another one came out on the worst timing.
Shen Qingqiu knows that he's really embarrassed but he's satisfied that Gallastus was having fun today to make up for yesterday's mess.
