The awkwardness from Gallastus didn't stop there, he later somehow obtained a 1:1 scale skeleton out of nowhere while he claimed that a friend of his gave it. Shen Qingqiu was in full confusion but just accepted the situation.
Gallastus recommended Shen Qingqiu to hang the giant skeleton in the front yard for bypassers to see and feel the Halloween spirit but Shen Qingqiu thought that's a bad idea. The final decision is to hang in the front yard.
Gallastus had a sudden emergency to help his former classmate at their workplace so he couldn't help with the skeleton hanging. Shen Qingqiu knew that he didn't wish to disappoint Gallastus so he decided to hang the skeleton by himself so Gallastus would have one surprise once he's home.
The visual of him smiling widely was enough for Shen Qingqiu to start his work. He proceeded to grab a ladder on the warehouse before he lifted it to the front yard. Until he arrived he forgot the rope to hang so he went back inside and saw that he placed the ropes on top of a high shelf.
Refusing to give up, he climbed the shelf and managed to grab one roll when one of his feet slipped and pulled the ropes that it started wrapping his hands.
As dumb as he is, instead of managing calmly he struggled between the ropes which the tangles got worsened.
His upper body and arms ended up tangled and he struggled to release himself but to no avail. Not long after he heard a door open. Gallastus arrived at the worst time.
Somehow physic, he approached the warehouse and stared at Shen Qingqiu's pathetic condition. Instead of directly helping he laughed before cutting necessary tangles before helping him hang the skeleton.
In the end the first thing which hung during Halloween wasn't the ornament but the embarrassed unfortunate soul.
