Is this character organized or sloppy? Are there exceptions when they may be the other for certain things?

Prompt I 24 - Beatrix

Have you ever met someone whose things are always in a disarray, with no real reason or logic to them, and yet they insist that their things are organized because they know where to find things, even if to everyone else they're essentially living in the world's most chaotic flea market? That's more or less how Beatrix operates.
Now, the Wayfarers don't really have a whole lot of... things with them, material goods and such. Which makes sense - They're a nomadic group, and it's not like with humans, who have cars or trucks or even just wagons and pack animals; these folks are just your average cats and foxes, they don't exactly have any way of carrying things with them, other than... well, they might be able to wear something, or carry it in their teeth if it's small enough. They don't even have opposable thumbs.
But back before this whole situation started, when Beatrix was with her humans in their house? Oh, by any reasonable person's standards, she was something of a pack rat. Constantly hiding little trinkets in places nobody else could find... She doesn't know it, but Alyssa still hasn't managed to find the stash of bobby pins and hair ties and gel pens and milk caps that Beatrix managed to stuff under the carpet below her bed.
But Beatrix doesn't see it as "hoarding" or "making a mess" or "being an irritating little brat who wouldn't stop hiding our things, would you please train your cat to not jump up on the counters and steal our electric bill." She knew where everything was. And sure, it might not be as neat and orderly as Alyssa's binders full of fun, crinkly papers that she was always playing with when she got home and insisted Beatrix wasn't allowed to bite (How many times had her human half laughed, half scolded, "Bia, no! My teachers are not gonna believe me if I say my pet ate my homework!"?), but she knew where to find what she wanted, and didn't that count for something?
...Well, no, not really. But she liked to think it did anyway.
