Profile
Ophidian Prime
All will fall before me.Introduction
The scheming and manipulative ruler of the galaxy spanning Ophidian Empire, Ophidian Prime has hypnotic abilities that allow him to dominate the mind of any person he makes eye contact with. His vibes are basically just ProZD's Lysanderoth, specifically from the "My machinations lay undetected for years" skit. Of note is the fact that though he himself is almost comically over the top in his villainy, it is near-impossible to tell when someone has been placed under his influence, as they tend to act completely the same as usual, save for their undying and complete devotion to Ophidian.

Classic Villain, of the Disney or Saturday Morning Cartoon variety, but with the power to back it up. And the cunning. He seems cartoonish and overdramatic, and he is, but with his hypnotic capabilities and the weight of an empire backing him up, he is anything but a joke. He is manipulative and deceptive, though not actually that good at lying. His powers, however, can pick up some of that slack, with his thralls being quite good at convincing the world that they are under no power but their own.
Biography
A long time ago, there was a monster, a creature known only as the Ophidian, the Cosmic Serpent. It ravaged the galaxy until it was stopped by a group of brave heroes, whose names are lost to time. It was destroyed, divided into five pieces. These pieces each gained a sentience of their own, with the strongest becoming Ophidian Prime.
That's how he tells it anyways. The other four Ophidians each went their seperate ways, content to wreak small scale chaos or seek some kind of peace. But none of that was enough for Prime. Over the centuries of his existence, he built up a power base, an empire dangerous enough to rival the original Ophidian. Perhaps even surpass it, through coordination and human creativity.
